I stayed here en route to the snow and it was fine for a night. If you get the right exit from Nagano station (zenkoji exit or something like that, not east exit) you walk to the end of the concourse and before you turn to the stairs you look out through the window and you can't miss it. This...

The best thing about this hotel is that it is just across the road from the Nagano train / bus station. It is very convenient for overnighters or just a base. The hotel room is very basic & dated & typically small. The beds are not comfortable but didn't bother me enough for an overnight stay before heading to Hakuba....

We arrived late on the shinkansen but knew this hotel was right in front of the station. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They were happy to hold our bags for a day too. Our room was very small however clean! The best thing about this hotel was the amazzzzzinggggggg massage chair in every room. I spent three solid...

Just across the street from nagano station. Room size small but has everything you need. Shampoo station is a plus. My son love the mickey mouse shampoo. Haha.. They have coffee machine at lobby. Free flow. The staff speaks limited english but trying their best to help us with directions, making phonecall here and there just to provide information we...

Used this as my base to make day trips to Matsumoto and Itoigawa. Just across the street from the Nagano Shinkansen station. 24 hours convenient store just down the escalator next to the hotel. Liked the idea that they offered complimentary dinner, good enough to fill my tummy :)

The room was pretty small but it had just what I needed: A bed and a shower. It's a great hotel if you're a solo traveler making a stop in Nagano for no more than one or two nights. The location was fantastic as it is just across the street from Nagano station.

Right across the street from Nagano Station, less than a minute's walk; extremely convenient. Hotel is located on the second floor, so you need to go up the escalator. There is only one escalator, but they can change the direction for you when you need to go down with your luggage. There's a "shampoo bar" by the elevator, where they...

Great little place to call home for a night. We were headed to see the snow monkeys, so access to the trains was important. LOVED: the shampoo bar. Go choose the ones you want and bring to your room. the breakfast. So much selection, fresh, tasty, filling-included!! the front desk. Helpful, young, helpful (yes I wrote that twice...on purpose!). the...

Great spot for us! We arrived in Nagano early - so we left our bags at the station in coin lockers and set off to see the snow monkeys. On the return the hotel was easy to find - straight across from the kenkoji exit of nagano JR station. Staff were lovely, the hotel had a shampoo exchange. Where you...

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is right opposite Nagano JR station, which made it real convenient, but the room was very old, basin in the toilet looked as if the plaster had worn off, and the tap leaked whenever we used the hot water to shower. We were not told that the dinner was free. You can hear...
