The hotel is well located and quiet. The room I had was big and confortable with a garden view, I loved it. The air conditioning was amazing absolutely not noisy like in a lot of hotels. It was clean everywhere. The wifi was complimentary and high speed. I had diner twice at the japanese restaurant and the sushis and some...

I have no real complaint about this hotel. Check in was fast, staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable (even if not so well soundproof). But I simply can't give 5 stars for the following reasons. First, the location isn't great at all. You cannot access to any interesting neighbourhood by foot. You have to take a...

The staff here is the equal of the best hotels in the world (and we have stayed at a numbers of those so ranked by the travel magazines). The front desk, consierge, bar tenders and wait staff all were suberb. A few tips....the bar is downstairs adjacent to the Japanese restaurant, the bartenders are world class, the decor is stunning...

From the moment we arrived we loved this place and its by far the best we stayed in our trip to Japan. Its a little out of the centre so plan to take a taxi to your starting point for sightseeing each day and work your way back. That said there are plenty of places like the National Museum and...

I will start by saying that I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka( right before this stay), and also have stayed at the Park Hyatt Tokyo. The room was a bit smaller than the room in Fukuoka and the Park Hyatt, but the bathroom was great and the amenities were excellent. What was most memorable was the amazing concierge...

Very nice room with big walk-in shower. I appreciated the free basic WiFi - it's good to see top hotels catching up here and not charging for what is an ever increasing necessity in travel. (In fact I paid for the full service which was cheaper than buying coffee and cake in Starbucks to use their wifi.). Very gracious service;...

Though Kyoto may offer different charming accomodation solutions, especially for couples, Hyatt Regency is the definitive one-stop, no brainer solution for your comfortable stay in Kyoto. Modern, well-managed, clean, with spacious rooms, this hotel is impeccable under different points of view. Breakfast, for instance, is nothing loud or crawded, but an esquisite selection of good ingredients that meet the tastes...

Okay, so it's a bit of a walk from downtown - but there is a metro station quite close. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the room was wonderfully quiet. Beautiful styling in the room and bathroom. We had the Japanese breakfast one morning - which was interesting but offered poor value...

In May this year we spent a whistle stop 24 hours in Kyoto. In hind sight this was always going to be an unrealistic amount of time to spend in this beautiful city, but great fun nonetheless. We travelled on the Shinkansen from Tokyo then took an easy 10 minute cab ride from the station to the Hyatt Regency. This...
