The typical rooms are very large for Japan. Make sure you get breakfast included--all three breakfast rooms serve the same buffett. I love the area in the Harbour and if you are more into leisure rather than business and time, I prefer this hotel versus one in the downtown core--you are 10 minutes by the free shuttle bus to the...

Staff spoke English well enough to accomplish what we were after. Fairly close to China Town area and lots of restaurants. Earthquake memorial on pier was interesting. Nice views if you have ocean-side room.

Although the hotel isn't new, it has been well refurbished. Its location is excellent and you travel to where the shopping and restaurants are in a short time The hotel commands a stunning view of Kobe bay. The rooms are spacious and well equipped The breakfast is varied and quite adequate The staff combine typical Japanese politeness with helpfulness All...

Stayed here for 5 nights to attend a meeting at the Kobe International Convention Centre. We arrived early and the hotel was not able to accommodate us for an early check in. So we went off for lunch at Fisherman's Market at Mosaic mall, 1km away, and came back to check in again, as advised by the hotel. Our bags...

I have been here atlas 5 times. You can't get any better than this. Clean. Friendly front desk, I just asked for stamps and they mailed my post card for me. You ask for a bucket of ice one night, and they leave a bucket the next night in anticipation (and send another one because you asked for one not...

Situated next to the Kobe Port and facing the Rokko Mountain Range , the 35 store hotel has a magnificent view of the port and the mountain side both. The hotel well situated and excellently well kept offers relatively large rooms with almost all the standard commodities. Saying almost is because there was 3 aspects missing , the most important...

Great hotel with great rooms and view - Right on the port. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really liked this hotel and city and hope to come back soon. The hotel offers really good breakfast. The room we got was really big. Baby crib was supplied without any extra charge.

I'm a fan of the Tokyo Okura which I understand is being renovated. Some reviewers complain that it is dated and in a way it is but everything is in top notch shape so it's only the style that is dated - the furnishing are so well kept that for me it seems really elegant. Pros: incredibly nice and efficient...

Stayed there for 3 nights for business. It's an average hotel in need of a renovation: -Once you enter the hotel, there's that lobby feeling that it transported you back in the 80's. -room was simple and the design also looked in need for a change -one thing that disappointed me was there was no complimentary bottles of water. So...

A warm welcome to customer service. Spacious room, a little old design with clear views even over the city and mountains. A shuttle service to the appreciable Kobe Sannomiya station and makes good service. Near the harbor and Chinatown I visited Kobe in walking and you can spend a pleasant time.
