A lovely street in town, Trusty is my go-to place when I'm in Kobe. I was pleased to receive an upgrade from a standard single to a deluxe double plus free breakfast. Small rooms yes, but normal for Japan if you want to be in the hub of everything! Location: great! If you're new to Kobe it can be hard...

I was for a two nights in Kobe, traveling on my own. The room was very small with a small bed, a small desk and not enough space to unpack my bag. It served me well for the little time I spent in the room. Looking at the pictures on Tripadvisor, it looks like there are different types of rooms...

It is in a quiet shopping area of Sannomiya, 10 minutes walk from the station. The hotel is in a quiet corner. The rooms are modern, pleasant, the bathrooms are bigger than the usual/old business hotels. Well lit and with amenities. The rooms have a fridge and a kettle for coffee or tea. The bed was comfy and a good size,...

Location excellent. Located in the business district, quiet at night but only 10 mins away from Sannomiya where shops and local restaurants are aplenty. JR stations and bus stops for airport shuttle are also 10 mins away. Staff nice and helpful and can speak simple English. Room is small of course but clean and modern. house-keeping also did her job...

Modern clean room, close to train stations, restaurants and shops. This is a great place to stay and we would stay here again. Room and bathroom was small but this is to be expected in Japan. Friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast. Recommended!

I stayed here for 15 nights in December 2015. I was traveling alone for business, and this hotel was just fine for my needs. The hotel was very nice, in a good location, and very clean. I enjoyed the stay here and the breakfast buffet was very nice, as well as no issues with the free Wi-Fi. The only negative...

Conveniently located in the heart of Kobe, Hotel Trusty Kobe Kyukyoryuchi is about 10 mins away from Sannomiya station and 5 mins away from Ikuta shrine. The hotel lobby is located on the 2nd floor right above North Face store. The entrance is right next to the store access via staircase or elevator. We booked a double bed room which...

I stayed at the Trusty for 3 nights in November 2015. Don't come to the Trusty with too high expectations - it is still very much a Japanese business hotel, but compared to some of the horrors that you find in this category the Trusty is at least a solid step up. Service levels are high, and all staff I...

Lovely, clean, modern hotel with fantastic breakfast buffet! Very friendly staff. Everything in the room you could want (well-equipped bathroom, spacious comfy bed, TV) and enough room although small - well, my single room was, but I was more than happy with it. Convenient location - straight down Flower Road from station and turn right! And Kobe is wonderful -...

This hotel is nice. It has a good breakfast with plenty of food. It is very hard to find since it has a side entrance and it is not well labeled! Perfect distance between Sannomya and Motomatchi markets and train stations as well as china town. A little further walk and you can be at Harborland as well. There are...
