Very Nice Hotel, awesome for nice view from hotel, with wonderful staff and room quality, as well as the set dinner and buffet breakfast, i would definitely come again. There's a hotel shuttle bus reach train station every 15 minutes, don't really need to call the hotel or walk upstairs yourself. We received a warm welcome from Hotel staff once... More

Vast property with areas to explore. Stayed in a room with conventional bed plus outer living area which can be setup with tatami for sleeping as well. Bathroom is separate from toilet so room design is more choppy than a newer but smaller room with Murphy bed. Had the kaiseki dinner which was very generous in portions but not necessarily... More

Alongside the great view and the public bath that the hotel offers, one of the greatest perks of this hotel is the Kaiseki meal. If you include that in your reservation, there is a nice lady who comes at your reserved time to serve you the course which lasts about an hour. The quality is great and they don't give... More

We went to Arima on a day trip and chose the Grand Hotel because it was high season with the Sakura blooming and visitors coming from all over the Kansai area. The easiest option to get to the hotel is to take the shuttle bus from near the tourist information, which is also near the Hankyu Express Bus stop. At... More

This place has very few Americans. And here's why: Arima is an onsen town that many Japanese locals love. It is small humble town that has nothing glitzy. But oh, the "golden" mineral water and the exquisite service of everyone there in the town and the hotel made this one day here at the hotel our highlight of the 8-day... More

While we are on a family holiday we couldn't resist the temptation to meet with some suppliers as well. They invited us to Kobe and we stayed at the aroma grand hotel with their families and ours. It was an amazing experience for us and everything was beautiful. I wish we could stay longer and would love to come back.... More

The thing that made this stay so memorable is their high quality service & facilities. Our room and the outdoor onsen have spectacular view. After the onsen, there are complimentary use of massage chairs & drinks. The room is clean and huge. I really enjoyed the dinner in tatami room and the waitress was very polite. She explained the dishes... More

Whenever I think of a place to really relax with great onsen, great service and amazing food, I still think of this place!! Maybe it was because I went when I was very stressed or it was the first time that I had gone to an onsen hotel. The experience totally swept me away, and each time I go to... More

The pools were extremely good with an amazing view, the sushi and the other foods of our dinner which we had in our room was VERY delicious. Waiters were all very kind and smiling. The only thing I can complain about was the breakfast! There was not enough food for foreigners😊 I'd love to see something additional for my next... More
