Nothing to say about the location: in the city center within walking distance to everything. The hotel however is old and very run down. We asked for a non smoking room and they simply took out the ashtray! The carpet and the curtain smelled of stale cigarettes and that was really disgusting. Even the sheets didn't look very clean and...

The location makes it very convenient for travelers using bus or train. The room cost is cheap and so is the standard of the room. Carpets are stained and linen looks old. The breakfast buffet however is very good. The reception is helpful and kind.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the location was good - close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping, the hotel was very tired and in need of renovation. The carpet in the hallways was stained and bleached; the smell of smoke permeated the building, the room was dark and crowded. The bathroom had been updated at some...

This hotel located in central of Hiroshima city. Many department stores, malls, boutiques, restaurants, convenience stores were around the hotel. This hotel looked a little bit old and darkish, especially a window and an air conditioner were very old. A bath room was renovated recently and it looked clean, it was so comfortable. There was no wifi in the room,...

Noisy, noisy, very noisy is the best description of level four. Otherwise, location is really good with many dinning venues within walking distance. Front desk staffs are very helpful, speaks simple English and have no problem guiding me to the few destinations I queried.

My friends and I stayed in a standard room for a couple of nights. On arrival, impressions were good; welcoming staff, location in the heart of Hiroshima close to restaurants, a shopping arcade and the peace park and memorial among other landmarks. The room itself looked dated in deco, and the beds crammed in, though were comfy enough. The room,...

I was surprised by the old and stained carpet floor. Bed is not best, but you can survive. They give you a plug to connect wifi in your room if you request it. Rooms are small, like most of western style hotels in Japan. The bathroom is all new and nice. We arrived at night and after check in just...

while traveling or while on a business trip you may have different needs. All we needed was a good night sleep and a central location and a place to plan for the next stays such as lounge or a wifi in a room. The hotel is rather clean but we would like to point out some things that were quite...

We stayed in Japanese style room no.407 4th floor, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was quite a large room with nice big bathroom and entrance. We also had a little japanese garden. One of the better hotels we stayed in. We had breakfast included- a mix of western and Japanese. It was ideal really. The staff were very helpful...
