We were surprised by how grand this hotel is. It is located right next to the Hiroshima Shinkasen. Very convenient. The hotel lobby is huge and the staff are efficient and well trained. The room is very spacious by Japanese standard. We had a 3 beds room and we still had extra space to put our luggages. They are a eco-friendly hotel which gives you the option to opt not to change your bed sheets/towels. The beds were comfortable and the blinds were effective in blocking out light to ensure a good night's sleep. The rooms were quiet and free of disturbance. They have a vending machine on every floor so if you find yourself needing a drink late at night you wouldn't need to venture out to find one. Highly recommended hotel.

We spent 2 nights in a standard twin room, traveled to other parts of Japan, returned and spent the last night in a standard small double room (the price is a lot higher for Saturdays). The hotel is right next to Hiroshima station, near the street cars, near the bus station for the airport bus and sightseeing buses, and near restaurants and convenience stalls (7-11, Lawson's). It is so accessible and so convenient that we love it! They provide good quality amenities and 2 bottles of water daily. The standard twin room, at 26m² is definitely very comfortable for 2, with lots of space for luggage and room to move about. The standard small room, at 18m², is compact but still meets all needs and expectations. I would definitely return to this hotel for my future visits!

The location is steps away from the entrance to the train/shinkansen station, and also where you can pick up the bus and trolley into the city. The rooms were comfortable, and nice bathroom amenities. It was nice they provided 2 types of pillows, a feather and foam pillow. But the foam pillow and bed were quite firm, as you will find throughout Japan. All Japanese beds are too firm for many Western travelers.
We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, which was nice. The lobby bar had an impressive cocktail selection, but since it allows smoking (as most Japanese bars do), we didn't stay long. The service at check-in and the information area was outstanding. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again if we get to return to Hiroshima.

The location is really good being right beside Hiroshima Station which allows for easy exploration of the city. They allowed us to store our bags upon arrival and they moved them into our room while we were out sightseeing. Check in was quick and easy and they had a few extra toiletries available at the counter like a face wash, body lotion and milk lotion which were all nice.
The room is a bit bigger than most hotel rooms we stayed in during our time in Japan with access to the bed from both sides. The room was well appointed and had a coffee/tea station, mini fridge, safe, closet, ironing board and quite the alarm clock. The bathroom was nice with a Japanese style toilet and a shower that could get very strong pressure. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning as there was hair from previous guests. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not and we felt our sleep was affected due to this. We were on a high floor and got a good view of the city. Our floor also had a vending and ice machine.
The hotel has a number of onsite restaurants and a very nice lobby area. We didn't try any but would be tempted to try the sky restaurants or rooftop beer terrace if we stayed in Hiroshima longer. The rooftop beer terrace was the most tempting but it is only open during the summer months. After looking at previous reviews we felt the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey and skipped it. There is no shortage of good and cheaper options nearby the hotel.

As most travellers would arrive in Hiroshima via shinkansen, it is a brief walk to this hotel. Likewise adjacent to the hotel is the bust station where you can choose between 3 different tourist shuttle buses which take you around various landmarks of Hiroshima. The room was large and comfortable and as seems to be the norm for most hotels we stayed in Japan, the front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Oh my goodness!! This fabulous hotel is right above the Shinkansen station and is so beautiful. The staff were patient and helpful and went above and beyond to help us with directions etc. I must say we fell in love with Hiroshima and were so glad we stayed here. In the train station there are a lot of different types of restaurants which were fantastic and made everything very easy. The rooms were large by Japanese standards and we loved having a small table with two chairs to bring drinks and food back to watch the sun set and the trains move in and out of the station. We will be back.

This is a hotel where charm, elegance, service are in style rather than a fully automated digitised experience. With an information desk staffed by a supirb gentleman and a young woman by the name Yumi we were helped to the train with knowledge of platforms, train numbers including a hand written document if our phones failed in order for us to get back to Tokyo. Now thats service. Breakfast was excellent with a roving robot to help you place your empty plates on the 'quasi' robot named Bell Bot. It was fun to watch the plates disappear down the isle. A bump above the sensor vacuum cleaners making the rounds in Australia . The staff were simply outstanding, The comfort of beds, room and ease for transport was excellent. After having been to the most modern 'lack of human contact' hotels in Japan to the most traditional, this hotel was simply devine and unpretentious, I will never forget Yumi and her delightful, kind manner. It would be a shame if this level of service becomes a forgotten art in the run to modernise and make customer service become only digital self service, Oh and value for money... this hotel is one many should experience. A 15% discount was offered on food and beverage at all their outlets. Just supurb.

Connected to Hiroshima station near the Shinkansen. Very convenient. The hotel itself is spacious with a grand feeling. Feels luxurious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Service feels like 5 star hotel. Price is value for money.
The standard twin is a bit squeeze for 2 adults with luggage but small luggage is ok. The room looks newly renovated. Sleek modern wood design. Toilet is not the usual Japanese hotel plastic feel. Feels like a proper bathroom. The glass panel to avoid splashing seems a bit like a safety hazard though for elderly and kids.
They also provide daily complimentary tea, coffee & bottled water in the room. And amenities like tooth brush, pajamas, towels etc. very convenient for us to stay because we did day trips from Hiroshima and easy to get to the train station in 5 min.
Also near enough to attractions like Shukkeien garden and peace memorial park by street car hiroden. Will definitely stay again and recommend friends!

We selected this hotel based solely on location because dragging baggage around town can be trouble. This hotel is connected to the train station but you would never know it, it’s so quiet! The hotel itself is nice and clean. The rooms are outdated but clean. Typical hard Japanese bed. But the location just can’t be beat. Literally go down the elevator and the Shinkansen is right there, around the corner are the JR lines and through the terminal is the street car.

I really enjoyed the convenience of staying at the train station. The hotel offered excellent service in English and the top floor teppanyaki restaurant has a discount for guests. The meal was price but amazingly delicious and a highlight of my trip. The lobby bar was decadent and comfortable and I enjoyed a perfectly crafted high-ball. For for short stay in Hiroshima I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

You are able to leave your luggage with the hotel. We did the same thing and they were kind enough to hold it for us. Just as long as you are staying at the hotel.
Also, tip about using TripAdvisor please note that when asking questions here it is to the public not the hotel directly so be careful when listing your actual name and dates of travel.
We certainly had a hair dryer in our room and I presume that they are included in each of the rooms but I cannot be 100% certain of that. You may want to email the hotel or you may also want to read the general information located on the hotel websites about the room amenities as you will find likely that information there too.
