We stayed here for 3 days in October and found it to be good value for money. Checkin was quick, the staff spoke some English. Our room was clean and the bathroom amenities were very good, there was a bath tub with shower attachment and a fancy Japanese heated toilet. The rest of the room was fairly basic, there was... Clean, spacious and nice view over Sapporo. Stayed here last year and was glad to come back. No real issues or anything irritating. Cleaning staff were respectful, if a little too diligent (if such a thing exists). Would definitely stay again.

OK here are some problems I had with this accomodation. My crew and I stayed only one night. 1. What the hell is wrong with the front desk staff? We checked-in late night as we arrived at the city quite late. He was really indiffrerent. When my crew and I asked several questions, he looked so disturbed. I could never... More

We stayed here for a meeting, so the room was booked by the organizers. We had an upper floor, which had a nice view of the city and the surrounding mountains. Compared to most hotel rooms in Japan, ours was fairly spacious, on the order of a typical hotel room in the US. The room came with an empty fridge,... More

My hubby and I stayed in this hotel for four nights. We chose this hotel because it was very close to my hubby's conference location in the vicinity and the good recommendation on TripAdvisor. This hotel was within 5 minutes walking distance from subway station 西11丁目. And it is very close to Odori Park which we enjoyed walking pass every... More

The hotel offered great location in the city center next to Odori park. The rooms are very spacious, the public areas look fantastic. The first surprise was our formally "non-smoking" room. I realize that hotel is not guilty for undisciplined guests - but Japanese rarely enforce nonsmoking. The result was a room where even tons of chemicals do not remove... More

The buffet breakfast was excellent and well worth it. Finishing at 10am there was need to feed my hungry boys until late afternoon. A short walk to odori snow festival in Sapporo and a few blocks from the famous Tanuki arcade for shopping made it convenient. A 5 min walk to a lovely community hot bath for 400 yen. Beautiful...
