Like many Japanese hotels, the rooms are small and tight. Great showers.the usual heated toilet seat but not as electronically diverse as some with built in bidet etcRoom was on the 8th floor. Initially couldn't work out the room numbering system.Room was at the end of a long passage way and 2 left hand turns.Able to open the windows which...

Very professional and friendly staff, always easy to help. Room was amazingly comfortable with good facilities. Big bath rooms. Very good value for money! A bit of walk (10mins) from Sapporo station but close to all shops.

The location for this hotel is great, easy to access and the underground walkway link to the JR station and subway. The airport shuttle bus is just behind the hotel. For breakfast, we have the choice each morning to eat at one of the three restaurant there.

We stayed here a total of three nights, two nights when we first landed and one night before our flight back the next evening. When we arrived, the room that was allocated to us was in the main building. It was small and rather dated. The air-con didn't seem to be working and we requested for the porter to adjust...

We booked a 3-bedded room in the Annex building. We were surprised that the room was very new and spacious. Each bed is big enough for an adult and a child. We were expecting an old and dated room. But it turns out perfect. Maybe the bathroom looked a bit dated. Other than that, everything is fine. The buffet spead...

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Sapporo Station. The hotel can be reached directly via an underground walkway that connects the station to Odori Station, which is the next subway station. The underground hotel entrance is just after the #8 exit in the underground walkway from the Sapporo Station. The hotel workers were extremely polite and attentive. The...

The staff and accommodations at this hotel were excellent. We had three adults and one six year old and were given a room with two large twin and one small twin bed. We fit perfectly by putting two beds together with one adult on one bed and two adults and the child on the second and third beds. Room was...

Never having been to this city we just surfed the net and chose the Sapporo Grand. It proved to be a great choice as its location alone adds a lot of value. Linked to the station by an underground walkway is a plus even though we chose the shuttle bus to access the Hotel from the Airport as it runs...

Stayed here for both business & pleasure. I had a few requests that I made via email in advance, & all of my question were answered promptly, with none of them being too much of a hassle. They also advised me of the door-to-door bus service they have from New Chitose Airport, Y1030 which is cheaper than the train, but...

We had a modest room that was completely modern and comfortable. It was big enough for a table and chairs and we had room for our suitcases. The service was excellent. We ate at the 4th floor Japanese restaurant that has artfully presented 8 couse meals with fixed prices. Worth the expense. Close to train station and directly on underground...
