I stayed here for two days and one night on a business trip. The breakfast was buffet style and had a great selection and taste, and the location on the 31st floor offered a great view to enjoy the meal. However, I stayed here in mid-October, and the air conditioning in the guest rooms had already stopped working. Even in Sapporo at this time of year, the rooms were a little muggy on some days without air conditioning, but for safety reasons, the windows in the rooms were not openable, so I couldn't let in outside air, and I felt quite hot throughout my stay. Although I was informed at check-in that the air conditioning was not available, and it was also the time of year when the seasons were changing, it was understandable, but I was disappointed that there was no flexible response to meet the needs of the guests, such as lending out electric fans, and so I gave it a rating of 3 points.

Breakfast is served buffet style, and you can enjoy seafood, curry, and morning ramen.

You can choose between white rice and sushi rice, so I chose a seafood bowl.

There was also seaweed, so I ate half the bowl and made hand-rolled sushi with the rest ^ ^

The omelet and omelet rice were made right in front of me, and I couldn't help but stare at them.

Professional techniques really make a difference.

There was also soup curry, but I chose hokki curry, which was full of hokki and irresistible for shellfish lovers.

I had a good morning ramen and then went for dessert, and the almond tofu was so delicious that I ate four of them f^_^;

I was full, but I still wanted to eat more!

If only I had one more stomach...

The weather was nice, so the view was great and it was a luxurious time ^ ^

For this price, the breakfast was very good.

The menu was very varied and satisfying❗

They made seafood bowls, ramen, authentic curry, and a variety of breads, and the instructions for how to prepare them were easy to understand, with pictures attached.

The seats were spaced far apart, so we were able to eat at our leisure.

The staff were also very kind and helpful.

The pork bowl they made had a nice aroma of freshly grated wasabi and was very delicious.

I'd like to use them again.

It was a fairly cheap travel plan, so I didn't expect hotel rooms or food, but the rooms were on the upper floors and well-cleaned and comfortable to use.
The spa was open until late, so I could relieve myself from enjoying Sapporo, and the linens were set too comfortably and cleanly.
Breakfast was served first thing in the morning, but the morning sun was beautiful on the top floor.
To be honest, I've seen breakfast buffets at various hotels, and they are of almost the best quality and variety.
Above all, I am very satisfied that the hotel staff treated me well, at a pleasant distance.
Thank you very much.

The location is far from the downtown areas of Shin-Sapporo and Sapporo, but the subway station (Tozai Line) is right in front of you and you can sit there because it is the first station, and in 30 minutes you can get to downtown areas like Susukino and Odori. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant with the view on the 31st floor is delicious.

I was able to spend time in a quiet environment. The facilities are also clean.
Breakfast at the hotel is delicious everywhere, but it was also very good. It was a more lively experience, with seafood that could also be rolled manually, soup curry, and omelets and pork bowls (daily changes) made on the spot. The view of the venue was also good, and I enjoyed the view of the morning sun shining on the snowy townscape from the top floor. The response of the staff was also pleasant.
The nearest station is Shin-Sapporo Station. I inadvertently booked Sapporo Station by mistake, but both JR and subway stations are close, so you can go to Sapporo Station and New Chitose Airport without changing trains.
In particular, the subway system is a single train from a nearby station to Odori in the center of the city, so it was OK in the unfamiliar snow conditions. As a result, I was glad to stay here because I could enjoy the subway ride and rest in a quiet environment.
Thank you very much.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was extremely delicious. I was able to eat all the dishes I wanted to eat when I went to Hokkaido at breakfast here. The room and the view were both amazing. Next time I'll make a reservation for lunch as well. I used the spa in the basement. It was crowded with a lot of foreign tourists so I couldn't relax, but I was able to enjoy dinner at my leisure in the lounge. There weren't many items on the menu, but it was delicious. Bath towels and other amenities were provided so I was glad I could go empty-handed.

The view from the 31st floor was very nice. It was a happy time to eat delicious food while watching the scenery☆

Regarding the rice, I was surprised that it was all delicious.
I'll give you some good ones.

When I took the cone, I honestly thought it was from a can and said it.
It was a very delicious and well-fruited corn!
I'm sorry I thought it was a can...

The almond tofu was very authentic.
The distinctive apricot tofu flavor was well reproduced.

The pudding was also cute in a bottle and tasted delicious. I just wonder if it doesn't have to be a bottle, because it looks like it's hard to wash. I think so. Even if it is not in a bottle, it is delicious, so I think there is no problem.

The most delicious and ripe dish is French toast. This is just delicious already.
What I was happy about was the abundance of jam and other ingredients. Next, I want to try various flavors.

We also enjoyed pork bowls and yogurt.
It was nice to have plenty of drinks.
I don't like juice, but I'm glad there are many other things I can drink. Personally, I like that the water was from a plastic bottle!
It felt more delicious on the server.

It was so good I'll be back!
The next one will be in the fall!

This is my third stay since last summer. I'd like to thank the chef who frys the eggs at the breakfast buffet!

I always look forward to his fluffy omelettes.

This time, he suggested the secret menu item of fluffy and creamy omelet rice, which filled both my heart and my stomach and made me feel happy from the morning.

I'm posting this so that more people can experience this happiness!

When the chef is frying the eggs, please feel free to say hello to him. He will happily oblige with a smile.

We went there for breakfast on Friday. On a clear day, it's great to be in a high-floor sky restaurant with a view that stretches into the distance. The menu ranges from "seafood hand rolls" to the recently revamped "wide variety of breads." The breads come with a special eye-pleasing twist: honey. While the maple syrup is appealing, we were also keen to try this honey! There were also other standard dishes such as curry, ramen and somen, but what really caught our eye were the omelettes and omurice that were made right in front of us. There were six different sauces (I think), including sea urchin soy sauce, ratatouille and demi-glace, so it was fun to choose. Of course the taste was outstanding!
