Clean and functional and quiet. Fantastic location, right in the heart of the entertainment area - Sapporo is a city that never sleeps! Handy to subway and lots of "local" restaurants and nearby but you have to be brave as not many paces have English speaking staff.

We chose this for its location and because we are Accor members. Another review also said the staff spoke good English which is true. The room was good and they changed our queen to a '2 beds pushed together' room even though we had prepaid it, as we wanted a larger bed. The location is fantastic - an uncomplicated, 20-minute...

Location was excellent, walking distance to the main shopping streets. Lobby on 3rd floor, no bell boy on 1st floor so we struggled a little with 3 luggage and loads of snow at the pavement. Room was normal, the phone chargers didn't work but I would stay here again for the price range and location.

Stayed four nights and as a Accor advantage plus member, got upgraded to privilege floor. Great stuff; - 5 mins walk to Tanukikoji street (should be 2 mins but walking in the snow is challenging) - Excellent breakfast! We enjoyed the croissant, Japanese porridge, daily Japanese soup, scrambled eggs, salad options like tomatoes, cheese & a variety of veg, daily...

We had 2 privilege rooms for 1 night on a stopover on the way to Niseko. Easy to get to from the airport by bus - even though we had to drag our bags through the snow for half a block. Check in was easy, staff very friendly. Room very comfortable with everything we needed apart from the wild carpet!...

Stayed at for 4 nights during the Sapporo Snow Festive in 2016. Hotel is very conveniently located in Susukino and within short walking distance to the Ice Sculpture site. There many restaurants and shops around too. Our room is clean and spacious for Japan standard. The only con that I see is that there aren't much facilities in the hotel...

I booked a total of 2 rooms for a 6 nights stay at this hotel spread over 3 check-ins. During this family holiday, we used this hotel as a base and travel to various parts of Hokkaido and back after 3-4 days to reorganize before heading out again. The hotel is located about 1.5km from Sapporo JR Station. You can...
