The room was upgraded to Japanese-Style Room which was very large. I was very happy. The room view was very beautiful and could see the mountain. The staff was very nice. The hotel was located in the centre. I can walk to the onsen street and free foot onsens. Buffet breakfast have many choices.

After staying in so many city hotel without onsen, finally we came to Jozankei Manseikaku Hotel Milione. We staying in a Japanese style room with tatami ... Room view is great which you can oversee the whole Jozankei scenery ... (as shown in photo) You can wear the japanese bath robe all over the places in the hotel... More

Stayed at this hotel in Feb during the Sapporo Snow Festival. The hotel is about one hour away by bus as there is no train to that area. The website said there is a shuttle bus avalable from Sapporo station but must be booked at least 2 days before stay. When i sent a email to reserve one week before... More

Two Stars. Good "Onsen" Hot springs and Food quality. Good Updated Lobby and Dining room but Suites are very dated and uneventful. We Arrived in our room and the restroom was left dirty. We Complained and the Staff restocked and apologized. They also gave us their Hotel Soap to take home and a free Soda Pop at dinner. That was... More

Hotel has both Japanese and Western style guest rooms with onsen facility. We were given a Japanese style guest room and is quite spacious. Reception is efficient and polite. Staff stepped out to the driveway to offer help to carry our luggages. Breakfast spread is very good.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and professional when we arrived at the hotel. Hotel looks dated at first sight. There is a bad smell in the hotel, somewhat smell of frying oil. Initially I thought maybe the smell is due to restaurant at the basement but i was wrong. The smell continued all the way to the rooms corridor.... More

I had a twin room (western style) which was large by Japanese standards. It could do with some modernisation as the veneer was peeling on some of the furniture. The buffet dinner was acceptable with a reasonable selection to choose from. The breakfast was also reasonable with thick bacon for a change. No Wi-Fi or LAN in the room which... More

Came here for a staff spring outing! Though I'm not a big fan for hot spring, this place is great for team bounding time :) We all stayed in washitsu (Japanese-style room), so it was nice to be able to chill in one of the rooms with many people at a time - drank beer and played cards. The town... More

This may just be my view but I felt that this hotel was tired and could do with a refurbishment, the carpets looked dirty, the rooms were in need of a make over and there was a strange smell in the public baths changing rooms which I have never experienced before. Additionally WiFi is only available in the lobby, which... More
