A little below Ibis usual standard but still comfortable clean rooms include kettle and bottled water. The hotel is a little difficult to find as it's located on a walking street which means much less traffic noise. Only a few blocks from the old market street (Hefang Lu) and about 15 minutes walk to the lake. A little difficult to...

Good rates, good rooms and great position on lovely pedestrian Nansong Rd with trees, an easy walk to interesting buzzy Hefang Rd with all its stalls - such a pity the foyer is so TATTY AND SEEDY: it spoils the whole hotel and gives a BAD impression - the IBIS HOTEL MANAGEMENT REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE THIS...

A cozy budget hotel, only without bellboy. The hotel is within walking distance to Zheng Huang Miao, Yu Garden, shops, and convenient shops. There is a roof top bistro on the 5th floor and it only opens till 10:30am.

The hotel itself is not a place I would recommend to stay longer at than 1-2 nights. The price is great and the location is ideal because it is located right next to one of the night markets of the city in a shopping street and walking distance from the lake. The room was not very clean however and the...

visited October 2015. The first room we were shown was terrible. There were multiple large squashed mosquitos on the walls, each with a bloody stain, including one on the headboard. The rest of the room was also dirty and stained. The second room we looked at had no dead mosquitos but was drab and dirty and bashed up. There were...

Regarding the location, it's perfect, in walking street just 5-8 minutes to the historical & cultural streeet Qinghefang in south, many restaurant and shopping around, 10 minutes to the metro and 15 to the lake. It could give 5/5 I stayed 5 nights there and each night around 22h, 23h, 24h noises started. Either from the next room I could...

We chose this hotel just the day before we checked in, when the hotel choice in Hangzhou was very limited for the weekend. We were pleased with the location on a pedestrian, vibrant and safe street. We were disappointed with the cleanliness and maid service, just cleaning the room. When air con was switched off, the ventilation sucked in air...
