Stayed here with a package tour, this is quite possibly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. No aircon, no wi-fi, mould on all surfaces in the bathroom, the wallpaper peeling everywhere, two holes in the wall. I only rated the as "one" because you can't give it zero !

This was the second last hotel on our Nexus Tour of China, and was the lowest rated hotel that we stayed at. The bed and bathroom were both large, but the fridge was locked (so you could not store bottled water overnight) and the breakfast area was horrendous. Fortunately only one night in this venue, and would not recommend it...

Location is great right on the canal but great ends there. Rooms are large which is nice. But the internet was spotty most of the time we stayed....one day it was even down and all they said was it would be fixed. The Heat in the room was either very very cold or very very hot. Rooms also are worn...

The hotel is located in a residential district 8km north of West Lake. Most guests staying in this hotel have arranged transport (e.g. tour groups, business, conference, etc). I myself stayed in this hotel for an academic conference. If you don't have arranged transport, the best way to reach or leave the hotel is by taxi. There is a bus...

We had three rooms and two of the rooms had great bathrooms, both with amazing views, especially at night. The rooms were fine, the beds firm in chinese style but not uncomfortable. The lobby was huge and smelled of cigarettes, this was painful as the internet was only available in the lobby. There was a mall with a food court...

We had a very large room with excellent views over the city. However, others in our group were given very small rooms looking out at a very close brick wall. Very firm beds. Buffet breakfast less western than many China hotels. Whilst as a group we received an easy checkout some prior visits by the same Tour Leader experienced a...

Needs a makeover in places. The rooms were big with a great view over the city and provided for every need. Breakfast was good with a selection of Chinese and semi western foods. Close to a big shopping / entertainment precinct . We didn't have any real concerns except the smell of cigarettes and I couldn't help thinking about The...

The room temperature was 27 degrees which was a bit uncomfortable especially after a long day of travelling. The manager did try to get it turned down to 23 degrees when a group of us on the tour complained which made the night a bit more comfortable to sleep but in the morning the temp went up again to 27!!...

The hotel was clean and the rooms and bathroom are large and well equipped. The room looked nice but needed a little maintenance, carpet coming up, water damage to some wall areas. Free cable internet in the room. Good breakfast selection.

I visited this hotel as part of a tour. The hotel is beautiful. The bathroom in my room was like a bowling alley. It was very long. The room was wonderful. Cannot comment on location as I had organised transport.
