Crystal Orange is just across the Lake! This design hotel, with its arty look is definately a great place to stay in Hangzhou. Rooms were compact, with huge bed and power speaker with nice playlist. Great place to stay after party in town. Breakfast was not included, and should be avoided if possible.

This is a cool looking hotel right next to the West Lake. The Longjing tea farm is also within walking distance, and is definitely worth a walk or bike ride up the hill. Don't buy Dragonwell tea anywhere but here! It's sold everywhere in China, but getting it direct from the tea farm is far cheaper. They aren't kidding when... More

The hotel was small, the room was small also. But it was clean and the services were okay. Right next to Westlake. Very convenient. Room rate was reasonable. Considered as good value for money paid. The hotel restaurant had good food with very reasonable price.

Stayed there for business one night In spring 2015. Actually I liked my room, the speaker set with a nice playlist, the bathroom and overall I had a nice experience. Had lunch at their Resturant and also had a nice experience. The team and the General manager were outstanding. It's not a traditional luxury hotel; it is more a kind... More

I spent one night stay at this hotel during my visit to West Lake. This hotel is hidden at a valley corner and make sure you have the two roads junction (Qingbo Street and Nanshan road) given to taxi driver so that they can send you to the hotel. It is opposite the Holiday Wuyang hotel. Started with a quick... More

If you want a hotel near West Lake which is affordable and decent, Crystal Orange is the answer. I spent 5 nights here. It's not a very big hotel and it's located in a small alley. Opposite the hotel lies West Lake. If you wish to explore a bigger area of West Lake, you can rent a bike from the... More

I had very high expectations on this hotel before checking in due to its many good review. Probably, I just happened to be one of the unluckier ones. The moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff have been very professional and fast in processing our check-in. As our room was not ready yet, they showed us another room which... More

Service: better than other economical hotels such as Home Inn, Hang Ting hotel etc. it is a hot hotel among tourists, which has a high live in rate every day. The bellboy is enthusiastic and helpful. Room: I ordered a big deluxe room, 26 square meters in the second floor. This room has a balcony sunshade and seat. It is... More

I with my bf stayed there for 2 nights and I have very positive feed back about this hotel. Location is very convenient 5 min walk from the lake and Nanshan Road which is full of western and chinese style restaurants and bars (we likes Eudora Station most of all, down the street, 10 min walk from hotel.
