Check was slow and very manual. They wrote all your particulars down instead of photocopying them. There were four of us then. Room wise not bad except that they do not have a cubicle for toilet, a curtain was used instead. I'm on the executive floor. Not much of FnB in the hotel and its vicinity. Go local as it... More

WOW is all I can say. This facility is 5-star. Rooms are complete. You are not left yearning for anything. Separate tube complete with yellow rubber ducky and loofa mitt. Separate shower. Bed is ultra-comfortable and the setting in the forest. Clean Air and truly a nature location.

I stayed at the Narada Resort while attending a conference on the property. You definitely can't beat the convenience of that! My room was very comfortable in every way. It was clean and reasonably spacious. I liked the electric kettle in the room that let me brew my own tea. The conference meals were provided by the hotel and were... More

We stayed in the hotel for one night before we did some sightseeing in Hangzhou. The reason we chose this hotel was because it has quite a nice location with a pretty lake and it is no huge hotel complex. Furthermore, we wanted to have a hotel with an outdoor pool. When we arrived, the staff was really friendly and... More

Nice place for a relaxing holiday. the bar closes at 12 and so do the lights. Not all the staff speak English, security staff does not. check if your room's outdoor lights are working coz its really dark at night.

There wasn't much to fault with this hotel - I just wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were large and comfy. The hotel is situated on a lake surrounded by a park - perfect for a walk or jog - especially in the morning. I ate dinner and breakfast here. Dinner was superb - my hosts did a... More

The resort is located along  Dujia Road, Liangzhu, Yuhang, Hangzhou. Note that the Google map search only gives the approximate location some 4 to 5 km away. The taxi fare from Hangzhou airport was 250 RMB and takes about 1 hour. This is a large resort hotel surrounded by picturesque lakes and grounds. The entry foyer is grand in design... More

I stayed here recently to attend a seminar, my first experience of a resort-style conference hotel in China. The place overall is large and elegantly finished. I had a large room on the 3rd floor. Very nicely furnished and well-equipped. Plenty of space to work and also has a large, elegant bathroom with deep tub and walk-in shower. Everything finished... More
