Very close the metro, shopping district and the west lake. Needed to look for sign board to reach main entrance as the hotel doesn't face the main street. The hotel is rather small in terms of the lobby, room, and breakfast area. Breakfast was not up to expectation. Checking in and out could be faster.

The Renhe Hotel is very conveniently located near the beautiful lakeshore area. It is very close to a large shopping area as well. The hotel was clean and comfortable., but skip the breakfast. Most of the hotel staff did not speak English, but that did not stop them from being very welcoming and helpful. There is a foot massage salon... More

Our family of four, including a toddler and an elementary school kid, went there during the National Day break, flying in from Shanghai. We were delighted to find the hotel immediately after the bus dropped us off on a busy shopping district - a 5 min walk after the zebra crossing! West Lake was right in front of the hotel... More

Small hotel but decently sized rooms, given the affordable nightly rate. Bathroom is relatively spacious, although our room did have a dripping tap on the first night. Service (housekeeping, reception and Bell boy) generally amiable and helpful. There is a construction site next to the hotel (not the fault of the hotel obviously!) but the sound is audible unfortunately throughout... More

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to Xihu and it's reasonable pricing. And we were glad that we made that decision. Hangzhou's traffic is terrible: jam throughout the day. So proximity to Xihu will save you lots of travelling time. The hotel also have quite a lot of eateries around it. Grand ma's, ZhiWeiGuan, LuCha, Starbucks and KFC just... More

Room: The room and toilet were clean. Toiletries, slippers, hairdryer were provided. There were complimentary fruits from second day onwards. Do not know if this was their standard or was it because they found out that one of our family members was sick during the trip. Anyway, a nice gesture. The twin bed room with a rollaway bed that we... More

Very convenience location, easy access to subway and west lake, plenty of restaurants, eateries (some 24 hr) and shopping around the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and no complaint about the service, wifi is unstable though. Good location for free and easy tourist who wish to visit Hangzhou and Xihu.

The exterior of the hotel doesn't look outstanding but most importance for us is the room. The location is good and just next to metro station and walking distance to west lake. There are many food outlets nearby the hotel. The hotel room is spacious enough for two person and clean. The shower gel and shampoo come in plus sized... More

Great location. West lake is just only a stone throw away surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants and Nanshan Road bar street. What else do you want? Walking distance to many attractions to include; Musical Fountain, Ancient Temples, He Fang Ancient Street and Subway station. Do not expect luxury in this hotel but great value for money. Rooms are neat and... More

The hotel couldn't get any better. It is located a stone's throw away from West Lake, various shopping malls and eateries. The location to take the boat cruise is also nearby. It was largely clean and adequate for a solo traveller. Bathrobes, bedroom slippers and even washing powder were provided. The hotel staff were rather friendly and helpful, providing many... More
