We stayed 2 nights and it was really well positioned because was close to the west lake. Really pretty hotel with comfortable rooms and nice tea service with 3 types of tea to try. The negative aspects were that both Matisse card and Visa credit card were not accepted, the

The Tea Boutique Hotel in Hangzhou is in a very pleasant environment, near the bamboo forest and not too far from the big pagoda near the river. The village is now transformed into a kind of condominium with a guard at the entrance and restaurants all along the main street. The

Booked here using the fatal flaw of thinking the images were real rather than a photoshop redition. Arrived by taxi a even from the outside had a horrible feeling. That was confirmed on entry where the reception was something out of a d class movie, broken down and grotty. The

As we are currently living in China we have had our fair share of odd experiences and awful hotels, but yet again I find myself writing about another one! The idea of the Tea Boutique hotel seems quite nice in theory, however, it really did not feel that great in reality. We

The room was clean and very nice. There are plenty of shops and restaurants very near. The only issue was that there is only one elevator which broke down. The shower was particularly nice. The area is really where it shines, it is very quaint and beautiful. West Lake is a 20

Typically in China, if you are not in a persons line of sight his problem (your request for an email) goes away, or is no longer his concern. With education over time this aspect might be corrected but for now it has permeated right throughout service positions and applies equally when you visit Government offices.

Does the hotel provide free bicycle for guest to use?
No, I am afraid not. But there are a lot of booths for bike rental.

Does the hotel have a shuttle to and from the airport?
There is no shuttle service, taxi I'm afraid.

Hi , the room I stayed alone was facing the back view, is quiet. Is a very spacious room with sofa set at a corner, exactly like the picture they advertise. The bathroom is also big but shower is together with the tub though. To me is ok, you can relax or stand on the tub to bathe so the floor doesn't get too wet. I ain't sure if they have separate one. You may want to ask about it during your check-in.
