Stayed two nights of tour. Room clean enough, would have had a great view of the city if it wasn't for the smog. The bathroom was a bit grimy but not unusable. The breakfast was fantastic! Obviously the beds were rock hard, like the rest of Chinese beds but was a good base for Xi'an sightseeing...

This is possibly the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The stains on the carpets are terrible. I did not walk on the carpet without shoes as it was so bad. If I hadn't arrived after midnight, I would have sought a different hotel.

No wifi in rooms; wifi in lobby poor connection plus no heating and very little seating area in lobby, making it very unpleasant to go down there to use the connection. Carpets in all areas (lifts, corridors and rooms) were filthy; our room carpet had cigarette burns. No English spoken at reception (which would be fine were this not supposedly... More

Stayed as part of a China tour. Terra cotta warriors nearby.Location is in a fading area, but ok to wander round . Tea market opposite was very good, and cheapest market we found in China. Travel hairdrier only 25 yuan! Room ok, but carpets in corridoors were dirtiest I have seen. Breakfast also average, except chef on hand to cook... More

This was the best of the 3 hotels we stayed in China. The location is very central and close by to the charming tea market. Our rooms were located on an upper level which gave a great view of the Xian skyline with full length windows to really enhance the view. The rooms were almost double the size of Beijing... More

50's couple stayed 2 nights while part of an On the Go Tour in July 2015 Large room - well laid out - just very comfortable and to be recommended. Had breakfasts here but no other meals. Location was OK for us but we were delivered and collected in a mini-van - so didn't have to worry about public transport.... More

I cannot recall the last time I saw such grotty carpets. The ones in the lift, corridors and rooms were beyond disgusting. A good cleaning programme is needed. Plus points included the very friendly staff and the option of a freshly-cooked omelette at breakfast.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a tour. After arriving on the overnight train from Beijing at about 8.30 am, we were able to check in early to our room and enjoy a wonderful hot shower. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast. There was a good variety of both western and chinese food, and I enjoyed the breakfasts... More

We had an poor experience with this hotel in Xi'an. Only one night was enough to have a few conclusions: The neighborhood is ugly, busy and there are some places to eat nearby, but we didn't try any of the restaurants as we just went back to the hotel to sleep. The hotel have a good size window in the... More

Not terrible but not good. Fridge and ac did not work. Location noisy and dirty and not within walking distance of anything in particular. Swimming pool and other advertised facilities were all closed.
