Loved this hotel. I think the tour company I was with got in on a long contract with this hotel from the time it opened. Otherwise it was infinitely nicer than the other hotels we stayed in. It was new. It was gorgeous. The rooms were spectacular. If you were there on business there was a huge desk to put...

I stayed here as part of the sinorama China tour. I found a hotel to be very nice. It is on the outskirts of town but not too far out. Lovely deep bath. Breakfast also was great with lots of different varieties and lots of western style food. Wi-Fi is really good and works well in your room.

We stayed at this hotel in Nov. of 2016 on a Gate 1 Tour to china. Wow what a beautiful hotel. There was a chandelier that was 5 stories high. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable with everything from slippers to toothpaste. The breakfast bar was gigantic and had everything from North America to Chinese food. We ate in...

Wow, what a lovely hotel, very impressed when we pulled up outside, lights all over the building, couldn't fault a thing. Breakfast was great, so much choice. Beds and linen very good, staff changed currency for us no problem.

Very nice hotel, great amenities. The free breakfast buffet was good for massive groups, although difficult to keep food warm with burners. Great staff. Lobby has convenient machine to convert currency, and a decent exchange rate. Only downside is somewhat remote location at outskirts of Xi'an

The lobby, with its many crystal chandeliers, is grand and imposing. The guest rooms are huge, with very spacious and well-appointed bathrooms. Good linens, bath amenities, hair dryer, in-room safe. Nice view from above, good A/C. We had a drink in the lobby "bar," which a confusing transaction, due to the employees not knowing English. High bar prices, small drinks....

Wow, what a beautiful hotel. The lobby is enormous with chandeliers and jade decorations. They have an amazing lap pool, hardwood gym (probably the best gym I've ever seen in a hotel), saunas, and table tennis rooms among other services. Unfortunately the employees at the health club couldn't speak English so it was very difficult trying to get towels, etc....

The service I got at this hotel was great: from housekeeping to the breakfast restaurant staff. Rooms were generously sized, mine had full height windows with electric curtains and a great view! The bathroom was luxurious, with a full sized tub, a shower room and a WC room apart from the vanity counter.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Extremely large lobby with a huge crystal chandelier lighting up the lobby. The room had a large window between the bedroom and the bathroom. There was an electric shade to close on the widow for privacy. The bathroom was large and beautiful. Amenities included comb, shaving kit, toothbrush with paste, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The breakfast...

The second hotel as part of our Sinorama Tour. Lovely hotel entrance lobby and modern rooms. A friendly bar area and staff who understood English. Breakfast very busy so get down early - Very good choice but some foods not hot. Nothing outside of the hotel to do so make the most of the bar - Long Island iced Tea...
