We stayed there in May 2015, and found the room quite large and reasonably well-appointed, but dated. The balcony looked out to the large sprawling square in front where people would gather at night for dancing practice, with really loud music well into the night. The bathroom was transparent which we did not appreciate. There were no curtains or blinds...

Jingxiang was comfortable, central, spacious, hospitable. One of the few hotels where staff seemed to understand English - language is otherwise a huge barrier in this country, except for the guides, ofcourse. We left our suitcases for 2 days in their care, as we travelled light to other places from here, then returned to the Hotel after the travel gap....

Room The room is very spacious, like most hotels in China. The fridge is not working very well and if you are staying for a few nights like we did, it gets a bit inconvenient when you want to enjoy chilled drinks. Do bring your own coffee powder if you are a caffeine-addict because the hotel does not provide coffee...

This is an excellent hotel for business travellers and exhibitors. It is just opposite the large exhibition centre and opposite a large park. A huge departmental store and supermarket is just across the street and easy to obtain your daily essentials. For westerners, Sharon's Coffee & Restaurant is also within walking distance. Was on a packaged tour and when we had booked the tour requesting for double beds were given rooms with twin beds instead. Had to pay more should we want to switch rooms. Rooms either had faulty lights, shower or non-flushable toilets. Insufficient lights along the corridors with some rooms located at an eerie far corner near to several aircon...
