Due to flight cancellation, we were temporarily move to this hotel for accommodation. First impression was really bad as we were served by unfriendly counter reception, they were seem annoying serve their customer by showing their sour face and impolite respond. Room was dirty and dilapidated. Short breakfast time from 7 to 9.30am only, you will surprisingly found all food... More

The only good thing about the hotel is its position just 15 minutes away from the airport which works very well if you have an early flight. There are a few restaurants around serving good food, but the hotel itself is quite badly kept and dirty, with cockroaches in the bathroom.

I had picked the hotel for myself and two companions because I have stayed at the Holiday Villa in Langkawi, Malaysia and enjoyed the experience. I was here at the end of January 2016. Prior to leaving Japan, I sent an email to confirm my booking and also to find out how I could get to the hotel from the... More

First there was a trouble calling a shuttle from the airport, the telephone didn't answer and another one was wrong, so we had to ask an airport worker to make a call, and even then it took her about 10 minutes to explain to them that we need a shuttle. And it took the shuttle about another half hour to... More

Check in early morning 1 am plus to find a room that is small and old. Best part is the pipe burst as I wash the kettle to boil water. The supervisor did not do anything and asked me to bath at another roommates room instead and that was already 3am and all should be asleep. Wake up call is... More

This is a disgusting hotel. Having arrived late at night, on our last night in China, we were already tired and irritable, to then find a room that was less than basic, with a bed that was like sleeping on a concrete floor, no air conditioning, no fridge and questionable cleanliness, was not a good way to remember China. Breakfast... More
