Stayed in this hotel as part of package tour and the first impression of the hotel is average. Only good thing about this hotel is closer to the Haram. Rooms are very crampt they have put four beds in a two bedroom room, no wifi inside the room only in corridors and reception, no daily house keeping, maintenance is very... More

Stayed at Dar Al-Naeem for 2 nights. We booked this hotel because a lot of hotels were either fully booked or way overpriced. The rooms are really really smelly. It has a damp smell, almost like people ate gravy and soaked the carpet in it. Carpet was filthy. The beds and sheets were changed on a daily basis; house keeping... More

Priced right for lower standard of service Only good thing - Closer to women's gates to mosque only 5 minutes walk from hotel door to mosque entrance door. Hotel is all time crazy busy due to its good location and hence room cleaning service is pathetic. No Internet in rooms, only in front lobby which is always cramped. Few of... More

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. This hotel is a dump, very unclean, dirty towels, no bath tissue, very old bed sheets, horrible smell inside the room and in the hallway. No customer service. If you complain they will say we will fix but never do that. Very hard to take shower. Only one good thing about this... More

I had been at Dar Al-Naeem during Ramadan 2015 and stayed for a day with family. The location is exactly on the back side of the masjid & very near to the ladies entrance & King Fahad Gate. The reception was crowded and had to struggle to meet the receptionist for the keys. It is not qualified to be given... More

Upon arrival at the hotel with a group of 20 exhausted travelers, one would expect that the check-in process would be easy. The front desk clerks, although friendly, were unable to converse properly in English and seemed to be perpetually confused. My brother had to accompany a manager to a nearby hotel for negotiations and confirmations and three hours later,... More

The hotel facilities including service is not at par with a four star rating which they display. I had booked for a twin/double room but they gave me a triple room, which had one more movable bed inserted into an already small room. The pillows were like punching bags. The room and toilet were clean. The reception needs a crash... More

Stayed there during my recent trip to Madinah in April of 2015. The location is great. Masjid Haram is 7 mins walk. However, the hotel is very dirty. The bathroom toilet is very dirty. I already had a online reservation for my trip at another hotel. Due to some issues with that booking I had to find another hotel to... More
