Stayed here with my friend and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine welcome to create a cozy atmosphere for our stay. The crew were so friendly and helpful - to understand the soul and heart of this hotel. They made every effort to make sure we were comfortable, answered any query, and gave us helpful tips about the local area.
Our room was very clean and beautifully modern, with great attention to every detail, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We were impressed by the breathtaking views, which added a special touch to our experience. Maintaining high standards is clearly a priority here, and this is evident in every aspect. Great hotel built into a shopping mall. The room was roomy, service was very good and the location was very convenient for me, although a good 10-15 minutes away from popular stops like the corniche.
There's a nice coffee shop right in the hotel and you can walk right to a huge hyper market in the mall which is next door. Nice visit, I would stay again.

Very well maintained property at Dammam which is around 25 min drive from the airport and is co located with Lulu Mall. In fact one can walk from the hotel lobby straight into the mall. Lots of stores to shop and there are good dining options as well.
The rooms are very spacious, tastefully done , clean and very well maintained. The breakfast layout is pretty good at the restaurant and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. The good part is that even for pure vegetarians there are lots of good options . The quality of service and food is of a high standard. The laundry service is prompt and is of high quality . Amazing service by Mr Raju from the restaurant . It's always a pleasure to see him with a smile . He puts in all the efforts to make dining great and memorable. The entire staff in general is very hospitable, courteous, helpful and accommodating.
In general great teamwork and effort by the entire team to make stay a comfortable one. Please convey my heart felt thanks to the entire team for their great service.

The lulu mall connected to the hotel is convenient and you get almost everything there. There are no towels in the gym which is a bummer. The breakfast crew especially Mr. Raju from Bangladesh is very helpful, friendly and makes sure everything is catered. Very nice guy.

Very Good hotel in Dammam. Good location, you can access a shopping mall and Cinepolis cinema any time. Even you can hear the sound effects from cinema from your rooms, especially in first floor. Advice-Avoid rooms in first floor.

I was really impressed by the size ,beauty and the room organisation . For someone working from home ,you won't be disappointed as there is a full fledged office desk in the room, the Internet was fast both on the laptop and phone. There's a variety of options in the in room dining and the prices are very affordable too. I spent just a night but will definitely be going back for a much longer stay.

The hotel rooms were stinky. Air-conditioning was making noise and key cards had to be replaced after every use.
I was forced to change my room 4 times because of these issues at 3 am in the morning when I checked in.
The first room had some keycard issue, second room was very stinky, third room key card not working again and fourth room air conditioning noise and key card problems.
I had to go down to the reception atleast 10 times to get the keycard reprogrammed.
However the hotel staff was very accommodating and prompt in the responses but the problems still existed.

average hotel, don't expect as per property star rating. rooms were dark, you need to turn on/off each light bulbs no central switch. the view of my room was just a terrace with lots of roof top equipment. What's good about the property is that it's located in mall and has options to eats from or buy basic grocery.

I reside in this hotel pretty often and aside from being a very nice hotel, it is the amazingly friendly and hospitable staff that make it what it is. Leading the charge is Mr Alam who is always so hospitable and caring and considerate to all our needs. The room Is always clean and constant prompt and consistent service is always provided by the staff. Well read and knowledgeable staff. It is an absolute pleasure to be guest to the hotel. Kudos to them and keep up the excellent service and quality.
