Hey Trip Advisor. Are you serious? You have to risk you health if staying here. We booked this hotel two months in advance just for one night. Price was $88, but nobody know that this place is charging 25% for booking, so price goes to $107. The room condition was so terrible that we immediately run from here. Just look... More

Not fancy. Just a good honest hotel. Awesome staff. Entertainment was the best (Not for the family type) very friendly and attractive girls wamed my heart . I will definitely return every year . And recommend this place for anyone who wants authentic Russian style.

When we arrived our first impression was: it’s very run down. The second impression was the same… The reception staff was friendly and spoke enough English. Outside it was around 30 degrees and we found out that our room had no fan or air conditioning. We asked for a room with air conditioning and for a small fee we got... More

As others have said, this hotel isn't perfect and modern, but it was one of my most enjoyable stays of the trip because of how Russian this place was. The staff were lovely, checked us in and registered our visas fast with no problems. Breakfast was simple but it was fresh and nicer than the buffet rubbish I'd had at... More

I feel the other reviews are pretty unfair to this hotel. Its a typical Russian hotel of the late Soviet period in whats an unglamourous typical Russian city! No frills nor fancies. Nor does it pretnd to be anything else. Lobby, reataurant & cafe bar are fine, functional and clean. Breakfast is good. Rooms alas are a bit dated &... More

I agree that some reviewers may be a little unfair to this hotel. It's certainly not a fancy Western-style hotel in any way. Don't expect beautiful bathrooms with marble counters, luxury accomodations, or even internet service (there is none). Staff is friendly, and some speak a little English. There's a small elevator for access to upper floors. Free breakfast in... More

I feel the other reviews are a little unfair to this hotel. Go with an open mind and enjoy the experience of staying in a typical Russian hotel of the late Soviet period! Just dont expect the fittings and service to be upto that which you expect of a business class hotel in Western Europe or America. It helps enormously... More

Good sized rooms in our double suite, reception staff friendly. No running hot water to shower all week. Sewage bubbling up the bidet when toilet flushed. Internal doors with no latches, handles missing on two doors. Breakfast consisted of a very overcooked and dried up poached egg with a small bread roll the size and consistancy of a golf ball,...
