Ladies at reception were helpful and even arranged a breakfast parcel take away on the day of our departure as we have a very early train. The staff dont speak English, but we managed perfectly using a translation app.Staff even arrange for a taxi to collect us at the hotel and drop us at the train station for 4:30 in the morning. The hotel is in easy walking distance to many attractions

The worst customer service ever. We encountered three receptions, and all were rude. I think that is something. It started when we checked inn. Not a nice lady at the reception. It continued when we went to ask our passport the next day (At check inn they wanted to keep our passport for coping it later). The lady said that we don’t have your passport that of course you have it yourself. I said that no they have it. Again, she said that no you have it. What a strange conversation. And why would I ask for my passport if I have it to myself. She made me feel that I’m some kind of crazy person. Then I said that please listen, they wanted to copy it. Lazily she looked around and found it. She started to laugh and apologized. Last encounter was with the third lady. We asked that can we check out later. Well we found out that if you check out after 11 am it costs you 1000 rubles :D Half the price of the room. Crazy. After that we noticed that we didn’t have new towels. I went to ask, and she said that it is only changed in three days. That’s totally fine but there was no sign on the room (and I mean also not in Russia). I said that maybe you should put some kind of sign and she started to have a conversation about me with another customer. I speak a little bit Russia. So I said to her immediately that don’t talk about me to another customer. That is so unprofessional, and you just don’t do that. I understand that it is not like 5 star hotel but I think everyone should just have some basic manners.

Terrible service. They dont change towels while they "clean" rooms. Reception service is not good at all, quite rude. They didnt know about our passports and just said we dont have those, just lazy athmosphere. We will never come again here

Very modern hotel with great location, close to a big mall and metro stations. Inside, the rooms were all equipped with a fridge, TV and even little pastries, kettle for coffee and tea. Everything was clean, except the windows but that is only minor. Opposite was a construction side but it was still quiet. Would stay again!
