The hotel was located on a very good spot of Novosibirsk opposite the renowned city theater. Being under Marriott management, all services were standardized without any flexibility. They came out with a “yes” or “no”. It looked very robotic without the charms of human being. It was unbelievable that its staff had English proficiency problems as the restaurant supervisor said “Sorry, my staff didn’t understand English” or the operator said “Sorry, my English is not good”!

The staff at the hotel are truly excellent. They realized that I have caught a cold and prepared me this surprise for a quicker recovery. What a nice gesture which shows really a customer friendly approach. They make you feel at home in this hotel.

I'd like to share an example of a perfect service: I have arrived at 6 am hoping that I can order an early check-in. Unfortunately hotel was fully booked and I have to wait in the hall. Suddenly, one of the girl from reception came to me and said that I can use SPA zone to have a rest and a shower. I spent and our their and another lady came to me and said that I don't mind another room is ready. Hotel staff already brought my lagged their. It is awesome service. The rest was good, breakfast, room and so on. The only one thing that was not good wifi was not free

Just one night here but room overlooking Novat theatre superb everything absolutely top notch, service, food, cleanliness. Only negative is that in-room wi-fi is charged for. Seems anachronistic in this day and age and our first experience of this in Russia.
