I've stayed here twice, as we had to work in this side of Irkutsk. The main problem is loudness in the rooms when something's happening in the restaurant on the ground floor. You can even hear some of the loudest toasts and the dancing there till 2-3 am... The Wifi (surprise) is difficult to find in Irkutsk middle-price hotels, but router is the cheapest one and sometimes hangs up. Breakfast is included, and is usually quite tasty. But ordering it for 9am means that at 8:55 it will be standing on a table cooling, not counting if you are present here or not.
