Dear Guest, Thank you for letting us know how you feel following your recent stay with us and we are sorry to hear that we did not reach your expectation. There are quite a few things to pick up from your review and I will certainly discuss those with the team. However, I would like to get back to a few moments which I would comment differently than you. First of all, let me inform you that it is obligatory for every guest to provide the personal data from the passport for the UFMS registration during trips to another cities. That is why the hotels need to receive passports of the guests to identify people and make registrations for them. To receive needed information we suggest to make a scan of the passport or to fulfill special questionnaire during check in process. As I have been informed, our receptionist asked your permission to make a scan and explain you that she could also provide you with a questionnaire if you are against the copy. Unfortunately, you did not ask for a questionnaire and just nodded, so the receptionist started to make scans of your passport. I would like to pay your attention that when you told to the receptionist that you did not like her making the scans, she at the same moment was ready to delete your data from the computer in front of you and support you with the questionnaire. Anyway, we are sorry for this misunderstanding and we assure you that we guarantee the full safety of personal data. As for the accounting documents, the receipt and the invoice were ready before your check out. However, you took your lunchbox and left without saying no word about your papers. Later, when you called the hotel about forgot documents, the staff just after your call sent you its scans via email, and prepared a letter for sending by mail during the week. We are sorry to hear that you are still waiting the receipt. We will duplicate its original electronic version to your email address. Having the receipt and scan of the invoice, you will be able to report to the accounting department for your business trip. Finally, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused with the iron. I would like to remind you that ibis is a budget brand, and the service is rather limited. As I know, our staff did their best to help you: they invited a maid, offered alternative - to use hotel's laundry. They made an exception and lent you a steamer for clothes. Once again, we regret, your stay did not meet your expectations and you were not satisfied with our service provided. I hope that you will not take my arguments above negatively as I believed that this forum is also a way to open dialogue between different point of view. Look forward to serving you again. The hotel is new and very nice and convenient located just in the city center. Rooms are not big but clean, air conditioned and convenient. Free WiFi is available. Bed is good for sleep. Bathroom is small, douche cabin - too small and tough, but clean. Breakfast is OK. Good

The Hotel is like all the IBIS. You enter from an elevator, permanent security officer, rooms like all IBIS. Unfortunately the fridge inside the room is so weak and dysfunctional! Not enough to make water cold. Absolutely unacceptable from such an international brand!!!
