The hotel lobby and restaurant are fresh and clean, but the rooms need to be renovated. The wall to wall carpets are filthy. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is poor and the dinners vary from good to horrible. Eat somewhere else! This could be an ok medium class hotel, if they would fix the rooms.

Thank you for your review! We are working on our disadvantages . The renovation is planned in the nearest future. We are very sorry that our restaurant was so dissatisfying.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while on our way to Murmansk and back. Very good hotel for the price we paid. It was nice to see that the hotel bar was open 24/7, because when we returned back from our night sightseeing trip at almost 2 a.m. it was really great to have a drink of hot...

The staff and the arrangement of the hotel tries hard. There are some unusual things, such as the iron and ironing board in the hallway on 4th floor, rather than in the room or even available for use in the room. We were there a week. Unfortunately our room was at the end of a hall, so the Internet was...

We stayed here while on tour in Russia with On the Go. The rooms were clean and had adequate facilites including a mini bar fridge and good heating. The breakfast offered a surprising but repetitive (same every day) variety not usually synonomous with an establishment of this rating. There was noodles, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, breads, juices, cheese slices, pastries...

Some marks about this crazy 3 star place (I would not call it hotel): 1. Staff absolutely does not know what are doing. 2. Rooms has thin walls - noisy. 3. Restaurant is terrible. 4. Bar does not have beer enough at the end of a day. 5. Shower is leaking - after you had a shower you will be...

Hotels in Russia are always close to being a nightmare experience. I was not expecting fancy details nor luxury in this hotel so in fact the Andersen surprised me in a positive way: this is a 3 star style hotel and would be a good one in many countries of Europe. The entrance hall is quite spacious with a reception...

That was the description my husband gave when we arrived... the room was of average size but felt very budget (even considering the price) and the bathroom was pretty depressing. It was clean enough but could do with some work to make it more comfortable. Location-wise it was okay, a few blocks walk from the nearest metro station and there...

The Staff is really good.- but the thin walls give very high noises from rooms and floors. The breakfast at morning is budgetbreakfast- and there is not really black coffea. The location is far a way from Metrostation. Petrogradskaya is closed.

I stayed there for a week during a business trip, following the recommendation of our potential business partner, which has a corporate rate with this hotel. This place is not bad, it's *****_VERY BAD_*****, starting from the reception, continuing with the room and breakfast at the end. At check-in they insisted to pay in advance for the whole stay, being...

Standard room is twice bigger than it's bathroom. Walls are thin, so u can hear all your "neighbours" even with TV on. Bathroom had some problems like shower functions , and..... insects..... . Will never return to this place again.
