Very nice cozy hotel , located on the side streets close to the main walking street Nevskiy . Very well located in proximity to the train station . Rooms are clean and well attended , good service and kind staff . Its one of the good rate/quality ratio hotels in st pete . I recommend this one )
True, the hotel is a little out of the inner tourist circle, but it's really not that far. We're fond of walking, and enjoyed walking to and from just about everywhere. Even in December! The rooms are very pleasant and clean, and the staff is attentive. They're a little on the young side, so not always as experienced as in other 5* hotels - perhaps not perfect yet at predicting your needs, but fully ready to listen and pitch in. For our latest stay, the hotel was decked out for Christmas, and they did a lovely job. Beautiful.
Great Quite and Amazing hotel, with beatiful design. while COVID pandemic everything was very safe , all staff very welcome , nice tidy suit with very comfortable quality of sleeping, we loved to stayed where
I stayed in the hotel with my mum, we wanted to find a nice place to stay during our lovely trip. And I must say, we enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was polite, room was large and beautiful. There was live music in the lobby and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. Everything was clean and taken care of. One of my favourite hotels! Definitely suggest to stay there in St. Petersburg.
Visiting St.Petersburg is already something, but also staying in the famous Hermitage hotel makes the picture complete. Very comfortable hotel, full of hermitage art, well decorated, and service brings it to a tru 5 star hotel. For European standards the hotel price is affordable. Restaurant is excellent, hotel is well located in center. A real must when visiting this lovely city
While this hotel is not very close to the museum, there is free transportation to it every day and you can buy the tickets at the hotel which is very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, has nice rooms, common areas, bar, and restaurant. Staff is very helpful. It´s three blocks away from the Metro, and also there are cabs that belong to the hotel that can carry you everywhere, including the airport. You can make a reservation ahead of time and they will be waiting for you.
My husband and I attended the 2020 Party Like a Royal Gala. We are in our 30's. We were not guests at this hotel but we chose this event because it was the least expensive compared to the rest of the hotels events. The big pro was that it was away from Nevesky Ave, which was absolutely packed and crazy. Think time square in NYC. The cons were that the food was not good, but the drinks were overflowing. We drank a lot of champagne. The entertainment was fun enough. However, from 9pm-1am there is no where to explore or to go, we were seated the entire time. The event was in the front lobby of the hotel so we didnt have a chance to see the rest of the hotel. If you want to do dancing after the dinner you have to pay extra which we did not. In all it was ok.
So much to see it's overwhelming. Items were nicely spaced out so you weren't right on top of each other. History buffs will enjoy this place; little kids (might get bored) & those with mobility issues might struggle.
Modern comfortable hotel near the Hermitage Museum (not really walking distance, but the hotel runs a convenient transit bus and will arrange good quality tours). Good service from the front desk (with excellent English). Nice breakfast selection.
If you are going to stay in St Petersburg then this hotel is the place to stay. It is such good value for money - the decor and quality of the rooms is like nothing I've ever seen before in a hotel, there is a harpist playing in the main reception each evening, and the staff are the most polite and helpful I've ever come across. Always holding doors open and asking you how your day is going - wonderful service! Would also recommend the Michelangelo Italian restaurant attached to the hotel and the waitress who served us there was lovely as well! Would recommend eating the seafood pizza and vanilla cheesecake especially. The cars they have to offer for a taxi service are incredible, and the drivers are always prompt and on time. This was an incredible luxury experience, and the best value for money on a 5 star hotel you can probably get.…
