The excellent location of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet type breakfast is well assorted. Sometimes in breakfast time restaurant can be overcrowded and you'll have to wait in line. Hotel has post-office (2nd floor) and bar on the 8th floor. Free Wi-Fi is slow. Faster connection available with surcharge.

This hotel is a one of the biggest hotel in St.peterburg but I think just in size. There was not a spc point on it but it was good enough as a 3star hotel however they know themselves as a 4star. But every thing was just normal. Like breakfast or guest services. And you can call it an old one.... More

I was very fortunate to stay at hotel Moscow, St. Petersburg from July 20 till July 29th of 2016. Great location if you want to be close to everything. It's centrally located on Nevsky Prospect, the subway station is right there as well. The room was gorgeous - clean, spacious with a spectacular view of Alexander Nevsky Lavra and Neva... More

Huge hotel with a good location but the lobby is too crowded, service in the hotel is very bad, furniture in rooms is poor. Cleanliness is terrible. The rooms are huge but not clean. The rugs are sticky. The staff is unfriendly and rude. The air condition is not working. The corridor is too long to reach your room is... More

Went on a tour with a group so this was the hotel booked by the tour company. Although close to the underground train station the location is very noisy. We unfortunately got a room facing the main Street. Traffic, music, loud people...all night so we had very little sleep. The hotel rooms are small and cramped and I was not... More

It's located on the riverside in St. Petersburg and at one end of the famous A. Nevsky street. The location is very good and attached to it is a shopping mall, the Prisma supermarket a bank and the metro station entrance. The lobby is big but always filled with people as there are many group tours booked here. Totally no... More

Clean functional rooms which are quiet. Post office in the hotel very helpful. Choice of food at breakfast although very busy between 8am and 9am. Hotel is at one end of Nevisky Prospekt so to avoid a long walk to the main attractions, there is a metro station 1 minutes walk from the hotel. Between the hotel and metro is... More

One of the worst hotels you can stay in, the staff is very rude and unprofessional and almost nobody speaks anything but Russian. the AC did not work in our room and the receptionist said they do not have another room in the same category and she refused to upgrade us unless we pay almost double the price. None of... More

I understand this hotel is a former state run tourist facility, and it certainly has that feeling, especially when you are battling hundreds of tourists each morning over a generic, bland breakfast. The entire mission for the morning is to find a way to get sustainable food down fast and get out of the over-crowded surroundings. The WiFi connection is... More
