Coming from Moscow out of a giant hotel, this one is nice, not that big and calm. The service is personal and there is good atmosphere. Rooms are bit out of date, but have very wide space. Clean and serviced daily. Not in centre located, but by bus and/or trolley-bus, centre of town is good in reach. Also a supermarket...

It's an older hotel not very close to the city center (it should be 15 minutes by bus, but it took us always 45-50 minutes due to traffic jam, 30 minutes by underground as it is not so perfect as in Moscow). The room was clean, spacious. The food was real disappointment - we had breakfast and dinners (unfortunately), it...

Good hotel, nice service3, all speak English. Clean and no noise from the street. The hotel are not far from the historic center, but far enough for cheaper rates. Around the corner are a large shopping district

The room was quite spacious. The furniture was not new, but everything was very clean. The bathroom is nice and clean. The breakfast was very good. It is near the metro station. It is just around the corner. You get what you pay for :) DO NOT use the ATM that says no comission

I'm not sure where to start with this hotel. First of all if you are American I would not travel to Russia due to political issues. The room was big and spacious but the very dull furniture and decoration made it not feel welcome. It is also very noisy as it's off one of the main streets on the outskirts...

Stayed again at this hotel just on the edge of the city center, again it was as expected and did not fail to meet my expectations. Staff friendly and most people there spoke English very well or well enough. Breakfast was as I remembered the first time around with plenty of choice and more than enough to fill you up...

Considering the skyrocketed prices for hotelrooms in Russia, this hotel is a good alternative. Although at least a 30 minutes walk away from the Nevski Prospekt, the metro is closeby. Rooms are large, which is a relief after so many modern design hotels with a lot of fuzz but no space. Breakfast is good for Russian standards. The staff is...

Deson Ladoga hotel is situated in a quiet area, and very close to metro, tram, bus stations. A non – stop supermarket is at 10 minutes walk. The rooms are large, with a generous bathroom. No air conditioner, but we didn’t need it, because of moderate temperature of the month of July. It’s preferable to take a room at the...
