Sensitive and responsive staff wherever you turn. Delicious and varied breakfasts, I chose this hotel based on reviews of the breakfasts. Excellent linens and clean and comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. We were accommodated in a Comfort category room, on the recommendation of an employee in the reservations department, so that a bed could fit in for our adult son. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of Moskovsky Station, metro, Nevsky Prospekt. The room is clean and has a full refrigerator (with freezer). Cooler with hot/cold water on the floor. Coffee maker near reception. Breakfasts are provided and are quite satisfying for every taste. The hotel does not have an elevator, but your suitcases will be carried to your room (we were very pleased with this, THANK YOU!!!)
