Central location - close to railway and metro, walking distance for major sites, lots of food options around (well, it's St. Pete, no surprises here). One weird thing to consider - you can't call to rooms on other floors + people can't be redirected to your room phone if calling from outside. And yes, internet on 6th floor sucks. On...

I was a little concerned at fist booking on the main street but it's actually kind of inside the yard so it's quiet and cosy. Just 10 minutes walking from metro and train station, big plus for us as we were arriving by train from Moscow. I loved that every morning they were making breakfast right there in front of...

Excellent location with free breakfast. Room was small but suited our needs. Try Yolki Palki right around the corner for good inexpensive Russian Food. Walking distance to major attractions including Kazan cathedral, Church of Spilled Blood and the Hermitage. About 2 blocks from metro stop.

The hotel is located in the middle of the center, but located in a courtyard such that there was no noise during the night. Even if the balcony door was opened. That gave good rest during the night. Personnel was polite and friendly.

We really enjoyed staying in Anabel hotel (Comfort). Staff was really nice and polite and they also spoke English. Room where we stayed was comfortable and very clean, location of the hotel was good too; near Nevskiy Prospekt but sounds of traffic didn't reach the hotel, at least not our room. Breakfast was a nice surprise since it was much...

We stayed in this hotel for five nights in December. Rooms were clean. The room we were given when we came was obviously not ready for us (it was ready only for 1 person, no extra blanket, even though we requested that in the reservation form on their site), but the evening staff remedied that quickly. It's on good location,...

We stayed three nights at Hotel Anabel. A tiny elevator was available. It holds only two people … one if you have luggage. The first two nights we were in room 154 on the fourth floor. This was a very tiny room, but nice and quiet. You barely have space to open two suitcases. We stored one on the window...

The location was great and it was so easy to explore this city from the hotel. You should take note of where you are before leaving though as the hotel is tucked behind other buildings up a laneway. Our room was very tiny and quite dark but very clean so we managed. You might struggle if you have a lot...

Its a charming hotel in a courtyard on Nevsky Prospect. The rooms are small but well appointed and contemporary. The hotel staff is pleasant. Internet is great. Only downside: Breakfast options for vegetarian and coffee options were not good.

Stayed here for five days. Room spotlessly clean, so was the bathroom. Our room, 164, was opposite a well equipped kitchen and whilst the serving lady couldn't speak English, she was ever so keen to ensure we had a good breakfast. Kitchen also spotless. Easy to reach from Moscow station but advisable to do a Google street view as not...
