Hard to find , but once you buzz through a gate and find the door, this is a great place, in a great location. 5 minutes from Hermitage. Rooms are small, modern and clean. not all ensuite but the shared facilities are very well looked after and clean. Once through the gate in the picture , walk under the arch and buzz through door on right. Door lobby is scruffy but once on the 6th floor the hotel is really nice. Breakfast is minimal, adequate. Good coffee.

If you have data on your cell its easy to find - signage not good. Room is small - very clean - bathroom ok but pressure goes up/down depending on number of users plus it has a masticating pump to deal with toilet and shower waste which is very noisy Best thing is it’s location - easy walking distance to all the sights and restaurants

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great little hotel that looks newly refurbished but extremely difficult to find. No signage out front. Only the name of the hotel on the intercom at the gate to go inside a courtyard. When we got there the intercom wasn’t working but luckily other people came and let us in. Rooms were small but ok for 1-2 people. Shower was a little small but good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The walls here are not soundproofed and you can hear what’s going on all about so wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. Don’t bother with breakfast. It’s a boxed breakfast that’s heated up in a microwave and is really basic and not tasty at all. Plenty of options outside the hotel Overall it’s adequate and a great price. We did enjoy the little terrace too.

The hotel's location is best for explorer-tourists who want to visit all important places on foot. There are 100s of eateries nearby and its located on a happening place. The price was great for people who are not looking for luxury but rather good sleep at perfect location. The only drawback is the entrance. The hotel is located on 6th & 7th floor of a building which has access through courtyard of another building. The main gate is (as usual) always closed and our 10s of attempts to ring the bell (to be heard by the reception on 6ht floor of a building far inside) failed. Somehow one person was entering ans we got in. Then 2nd hurdle - there was door lock at the building entrance - this too we made 10 attempts but no answer. Again an old lady from nearby building came to our rescue. She opened the door for us. Then inside it was 10-12 steps to climb before you can find lift. We had not anticipated this. Please be aware of this problem to begin with - then stay wise it was clean & comfortable. The breakfast is included in price but you need to pre-select from 6 options and we (being not meat eaters) found all options virtually hopeless.

We stayed at the Sky hotel for two nights. The location was excellent, the room very warm and comfortable and the bathroom had a very nice heated floor. We were mostly out and about and the price of the room suited us perfectly. We could virtually walk or take public transport everywhere. They also took good care of our luggage before check in and after check out. The fact that they had a full bathroom that we could use, before check in was also great. The breakfast is not a buffet but pre-ordered and not that great, but we were not there to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is on best location you can have, walking distance to main landmarks. I do not know why some people wrote that there is no elevator - elevator exists, it is just going from mid-floor, not from the ground. Staff is really friendly, but their English is not that good. They might not know all what you asked them, but they do try to help you out. Hotel is on the 6th and 7th floor of the building, follow the instructions they share how to get there. Rooms are very small, if you like to keep your luggage open, you will not have enough space to move around. All is very clean. Only bad thing is breakfast, it was really not tasteful, small portions. Even thought it was included in price, we skipped it. There are a lot of nice places around the hotel where you can have a nice and cheap breakfast.

There is much to love about this hotel. And what you don’t love might just be quirky enough to make you smile anyway. Stayed for 8 nights and you can’t beat the location for easy walking access to many main sights. Staff is young and friendly and speaks English well enough. Room was spacious and quiet (from outdoor noise) but not well sound-proofed. That wasn’t a problem for me as guests are asked and expected to be courteous. In- room safe and mini fridge were handy. Loved the bathroom nightlight on a sensor and got used to the water system (shower is not a highlight even with the rain faucet). Bed was so comfy and linens were soft. A cloth robe and disposable slippers made evening room lounging comfortable after a full day of sightseeing. Breakfast was a choice from about 7 pre-arranged menus and I sampled all of them. Usually sat on the terrace and was served by hotel staff eager to make my day start right! Not gourmet but tasty and filling. There are also snacks and beverages for purchase. Entry to hotel is through 2 locked gate/doors with a buzzer system. I really liked staying here and I would return…just know that if you have demanding standards, Sky Hotel will probably not suit. And that’s too bad because it’s a great place to experience.

Stayed with my mom and had hard time right on arrival - they have No elevator, so I had hard time climbing up with my huge suitcase... Room was extremely small... breakfast is bad and also limited. Also very noisy- you can hear everything at night.

Nice view aswell from small nice and small place to eat. Breakfast was really basic. Administrators are really nice, help us to find some places. All was perfect!
