We stayed at the end of September 2023 in the apartment building for 2 adults and a child 11 years old. Clean beautiful rooms with modern interior. Very comfortable beds, even the extra folding bed was also very comfortable. There is a choice of pillows, clean linen of good quality. They provide bathrobes and slippers, even the child was given a robe for her age. Everyone has a full set of towels, shower gels, shampoos, balms, body lotions, shower caps, dental kits, combs, shoe sponges. 3 bottles of water for free, mini-card for an additional fee. Water can be collected from coolers in the corridors. There are tea and coffee sets, a kettle and wine glasses. There is a separate room with ironing boards where you can enter using a card from your room. Breakfast has a good selection of dishes; you can order an omelet with a variety of toppings to choose from. There are sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, hummus, tuna, chuka salad and a number of other additional goodies in addition to the usual and varied selection of vegetables, cheeses, sausages and other things. Good selection of fruits. Everything is of very decent quality. The staff is top notch - many thanks to the entire hotel team! We travel often and have something to compare with. Everything here is really very worthy.

An excellent hotel that corresponds to the declared category. Great location. Some attractions are nearby, others are within walking distance. Cases of different categories. This must be taken into account when booking, since depending on the building, the range of services included in the price will be very different - breakfast, swimming pool. Main building - 4*. It is logical that all the “delights” are in it) pay attention to the cafe in the lobby! Delicious coffee and luxurious single-piece sweets - prunes in cognac and chocolate and dried apricots in white wine and chocolate. This time I stayed in the apartments and studios building - 3*. High-quality stylish renovation, the room is “filled with everything you need - minibar, safe, hairdryer, regularly replenished tea set, slippers, bathrobe, comfortable bed, good bed linen, toiletry set - also regularly replenished (there were no cotton pads). Cleaning is good. Nuances: the windows of the room on the ground floor, facing the street, look directly at the sidewalk - all passers-by are yours! If you are placed in one room from a combined two-room suite, then you are, as it were, in a separate room, but your room is separated from another, as if separate, room by a thin interior door, locked with a key. Everything is fine until guests move into another room. Consider that you practically live together - you just can’t see them. After I contacted the reception, the neighbors were asked to be quieter (but they weren’t actually loud, they just put themselves in a separate room), and by putting a pillow on my ear it became possible to fall asleep. Breakfast in the basement. The choice of food is several times smaller than in the main building, but more than sufficient, varied, complete and VERY tasty. Of the nuances - you can order scrambled eggs or an omelet with a large number of ingredients to choose from. Plus - they cook fresh. It’s strange: they cook in a very large frying pan, so the scrambled eggs spread crookedly and their edges burn. Well, in our time it’s strange to see how a cook sprinkles a dish with herbs, grabbing them from a large bowl with his hand without gloves.
The hotel is high quality, comfortable, not cheap

We rested at the hotel as a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 4.5 and 7 years. We took a room in the main building for 6 nights. At first we lived on the 2nd floor, the room was good and had everything you needed. Children's robes on request. But the garbage truck started to bother us at 6 am and we were kindly moved to the third floor. I really liked it there, the spa was normal and I didn’t notice the strong smell of bleach. Breakfast is also good, three types of fish, which I liked instead of sausage, boiled pork and tongue. Two types of porridge, hot milk. Breakfasts are repeated every third day. One day there was no sweets, the pastry chef apparently did not count on the guests. But this never happened again. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the embankment, opposite the Pogankin Chamber, the Kremlin is a 10-minute walk. What I would like to recommend is the minimal menu in the main building. And so you order, everyone runs to the wards.

There was a sour smell in the room upon check-in. The windows do not open on the 3rd floor, only micro-ventilation, which is probably why this mustiness has not been ventilated for many years. When booking by phone, we asked a question about the restaurants at the hotel and we were told that everything was working, so come. In fact, at the Trapeza restaurant we were refused service, explaining that we had to make a reservation (who would have told us this in advance when calling the hotel!!) The hostess asked a lot of questions - where they called, when, what number, etc. at the same time she was not very kind. In the Beer Chambers pub, a large number of items from the menu are available. Waiting for hot food for at least an hour. P.S. After 1.5 hours everything is getting better! The food is delicious and it didn't even take 50 minutes to serve. The waiters can barely restrain themselves from the guests’ complaints, but so far they have adequately withstood the consequences of the marketers’ mistakes. Thank you

Gave two stars just for the beautiful spa and the location of the hotel itself. Value for money - 0%.

Hammy staff in every department! The reception does not know how to communicate properly and do not know hotel policy. (I only want to single out one nice girl per reception - Alina.) Went into the spa for the pool appointment and left in a bad mood because the woman Natalia spoke to us in a very unpleasant tone and as if we owed her something.... Breakfasts are few choices, everything looks windy, coffee beans bitter. The waiters tried, but you can see the trainees. We re-asked for our number several times, because they had some sort of glitch in the list and my family got a different number (these details were all next to the buffet (you couldn't wait for me to sit down at the table...).

And two nails of this place 🌟The horrible smell of carpet in the hallway on the third floor and in the room itself! In response to my complaint, I was told it was normal.... Restaurants don't know the service base. Morse was brought in 35 minutes, just because we reminded them and the dishes were served in 1 hour... Well, it only took 20 minutes for the waiter to pay... (I don't know what happened, but there were only three tables with ours).

If you like a sense of comfort and friendly staff, you certainly don't need to be here!

Vacationed with my wife in July 2023. We celebrate quality accommodation in the studio. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Great location. Good room equipment. Great staff. I do not recommend eating in the nearby chambers (refectory, coffee, beer, pie), which, as I understand, do not belong to the hotel, but the Gogol-Mogol cafe located 300 meters away is recommended. Not thrilled with the ‘Spa without a bottom’ paddling pool.” I highly recommend the hotel itself

We stayed at the Dvor Podznoeva Hotel in September 2022 and were very pleased. When traveling this year, the choice was obvious. They no longer agree to other hotels. The first time we lived in the main building, the second time in the apartments. Very cozy hotel. Cool interior. Everything is furnished in the rooms with taste and quality. Very comfortable. The breakfast in the main building exceeds the 4* level; not every 5th hotel offers such breakfasts. It would take a long time to list the assortment presented at breakfast. There were even quail eggs. And most importantly, everything is clean! In all respects 10 out of 10 points!! I recommend it to everyone when traveling to Pskov. Good luck! Keep it up!

For many years, when coming to Pskov, we chose this hotel. But this year we were unpleasantly surprised by their new policy of imposing breakfast at the hotel without the right to refuse. It costs 900 rubles per person (for 3 days you pay almost 9000 for a breakfast you don't want). I understand there are people who eat a lot in the morning. Apparently this option suits them. This doesn't suit my family at all. The choice of food is very small, the food is tasteless, there are a lot of people because of the “obligation”, sometimes people have nowhere to sit. There are no healthy dishes at all. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to come to this hotel until they return the guest’s right to choose to eat where he wants. Sincerely, Elena

We lived in an apartment on the 1st floor with two small dogs. Spacious, stylish, comfortable. They put out bowls for the dogs, gave them water and a diaper.
Not cheap, but worth it. Excellent breakfasts. There is parking. Quiet, clean. Large set of toiletries. The only negative is that there are no menus from restaurants in the rooms, and the Internet does not always load quickly. We didn't go to the spa.

Today is November 3, 2020. The hotel is great. The rooms are nice. Except our room 34 (entrance 3 in this hotel) was treated with very aggressive chemistry, without the smell being ventilated by anything, even wide-open windows. After a certain amount of time in the room in the mouth, a persistent taste of chemistry and a sore throat, followed by stomach pain. After contacting the front desk, we were told they would treat the room with azon. After treatment, it got worse. They reapplied to the front desk and received a sharp response. There were two girls who were plump and dark. The young, bright but feisty receptionist reported that there were no other rooms, although we were willing to pay extra for another room and maybe another hotel, but there were no places for us. In the course of our persistent negotiations, it did turn out that one room did have number 37, but it was not removed, and the maid went home at 7:00 p.m. We demanded to contact hotel management. The administrator went somewhere and, upon her return, informed her that management "with all due respect to customers" could not help and would have to wait until morning. Only after calling the travel agent did one of the girls clean this room and by 8 p.m. we checked into the new room. But our anguish did not end there. The next day we left for a field trip. And upon our return, we realized that our new suite was now treated with the same chemistry as the first, and it was impossible to be in it. Is that something done on purpose? It's 12:00 a.m. and my husband and I are in a chair in the hotel hallway trying to figure out how it could happen that in such a magnificent city in such a beautiful hotel, management was able to allow this situation to happen to the customers and to allow such unqualified and untrained staff to work, who can't talk to the customers, cheat them and can't solve problems that, by the way, were not caused by the customer. And by what means could these two numbers have been treated at all and whether it met health standards.
