I have been travelling to Murmansk for 18 years for job-reasons, and Park Inn Poliarnie Zori is truly a "home" - allways waiting with nice rooms, kozy atmosphere and serviceminded staff. Location in the middle of Murmansk is also very positive - short way to eveything, either…
even in small town, this place provided all we want.Breakfast was good and plenty. The room was clean but couldn't keep sound from the room next to ours. What we loved was the quality of free wifi, need not to reconnect once we get out and get in.
Real back to USSR experience. Awful personnel, food, services. At check-out you would be seriously asked "Anything from mini-bar?", although there was no mini-bar in the room. Radisson should not compromise itself backing this facility with its name.
This is an excellent property at the centre of the city. Very clean & spacious. We stayed there for a night & the stay was comfortable. Its good to have staffs courteous & English speaking. They helped us booking city taxis & tours without any hassle. Restaurant in the hotel…
I did spend one night there this week and the day after i wake up my body was full of red big bites. So there is wall bugs in that hotell/rom. So i will never stay at that hotel again. I did stay in room 535. And the bed was not good to sleep in.
"Avoid the lower floors - select at least business class rooms."
"5th floor and above keep you from loud noise from the pub at 1st floor"
"Apparently the rooms over looking the bay are best."
"Ask for a room on a renovated floor, in good old days called "business floor"."
