Out of 100% I give 80%...why?....locations, staffs, foods and cleanliness of the hotel.....thanks to Abiera, Gozel, and the chef cook and his assistanst,my stay is like home away from my home....you made me feel safe!
I booked this hotel for 4 nights and was shocked by what await us. The elevator is located in all the wrong places. We had to lug our heavy luggages up 2 storeys of stairs just to reach the reception which is ridiculous. And it doesn’t end at that. We were put up on the 6th floor and the lift doesn’t even reach the 6th floor, it stops at 5 which means another round of hardship. The room was also nothing like that advertised. Room looks spacious on photo but it’s really tiny. Bedsheets were stained and torn. Toilet was completely different from what was shown in the listing. When we feedback to the general manager Stan the next morning, he said there is nothing wrong. The listing promised a shower and we got a shower, no matter what condition it is in. I’m appalled by his lack of sincerity and unapologetic attitude. That said, it’s not surprising how this hotel got its lousy ratings in recent months. It all stems from the management. Please learn from my episode and blacklist this hotel. I hope no one has to go through what I went through. …
Hotel near station and clean. Reviews said close to red square which is not true. Breakfast service and breakfast staff very bad. Got chased out at 10h00 while having coffee because they wanted to go. Dishes ran out and staff could not replenish.
The hotel is right next to Paveletskaya Station, from this station you can take the Aeroexpress to Domodedovo Airport. You have to go to two flight if stairs before there's an elevator and then when you get to the floor you want you'll also need to go up or down one set of stairs. They have a weird placement for their elevator. There was a random flight of stairs with a wall right in front of it. Front desk had a blonde lady who was a bit sassy but the other lady was great. The room was a bit small for two people and the water was dirty, I ran a bath and it looked like it was sewage water. There's plenty of food places around and the train station across the road is a great plus.
stayed for 2 nights. clean room breakfast buffet was good, wifi okay. can walk to Paveletskaya train station. reception is up two flights of stairs and one more flight up to reach the lift, not very good if you have heavy luggage. tv limited to russian channels only. location is great. price is okay.
