It is very well located about 250m from Red Square but it took us 20 mins to find. Walked past it 3 times. Its on the 4th floor of a building and its just a doorbell no sign. As you walk up the 4 stories...More
Great place to stay. Very attentive and helpful staff. Although rooms were small, it was comfortable and very clean. It was very easy to get your bearings around the city as it was near the Red Square, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, a little...More
The Hotel was very easy to find & very close to Red Square. On entering it felt like a building site (they are doing building work on the ground floor for a cafe) but as I walked up 4 flights (no lift - but this...More
We were fooled by the reviews about this hotel, as it was conveniently located in the center of Moscow, but little did we know:
The hotel has no lift.
The rooms stink.
The sheets were stained.
It looks like a haunted mansion.
Excellent location, only 300m from Red Square. Room was ok with big and comfy bed, bathrom small but functional. Hotel is on 4th floor and there is no elevator (old building). Two bottles of water in room for free.

Tverskaya can’t be discovered with just a first glance, the neighborhood is shaped around a long street populated with well-known shops and brands. But it’s more than shopping that makes this place interesting. Take a few steps into the streets running parallel to the main artery to discover the charm just behind the mighty Stalinist style architecture. Comfy European pedestrian streets Bolshaya Dmitrovka or
Stoleshnikov lane are a great place to start. Locals can be found here working, eating, shopping, resting and going to the Bolshoi Theatre in the evening.
