Me and my husband stayed here for New Year's holidays for 2 nights, it was his first time in Moscow so I was very excited to show him around. Unfortunately this hotel experience was the worst we ever had. The room was dirty, sheets had some unknown stains on them, breakfast was inedible- microwaved and disgusting. Also, every time when...

We decided to spend New Year in Moscow. It's great that hotel is located in the center of Moscow and really close to the famous Arbat street. Compared to other hotels the price is quite cheap. The little inconvenience is that there are no café or restaurant in the hotel but you can order a fresh breakfast to the room.

We were here for about three night. You can walk from the hotel to the red square and the Kremlin. There is a great restaurant just down the street towards the red square. The is a small shopping mall under the street. Everything within walking distance. The hotel is clean and quiet, the toilet and shower are on the small...

Excellent hotel, with absolutely brilliant staff. This hotel was in prime location close to the Kremlin and Red Square. Extremely clean with reasonable rates. Added bonus was they had staff who spoke english.

This is a great place to stay while being tourists. Room is nothing to write home about. Staff is very helpful. The lack of elevator is an issue since they have no one to help you haul luggage up and down the stairs. The level of English of the front desk is not that good. We managed to communicate which...

15 minutes walk from Red Square, 10 from Metro station, less than 5 from supermarkets and the Breakfast Cafe and Conversation Cafe. The superior double was a large spacious room with newly tiled and spotlessly clean bathroom. The main entrance is on the side street and signed 'Key Element Hotel'. Friendly check in staff who also helped us with our...

We took the comfort room and were very pleased with it! Size was perfect, bathroom size was also pleasant! I saw a smaller size of room and there the bathroom was too small. So i definitly would recommend to take the bigger room, price difference isn't that big, it's worth it. It's not the four seasons, but for the price...

The hotel is located at the second floor. WITHOUT elevators!!! I and my little sister were supposed to lift out luggage by ourselves. It was terrible. We booked superior double room, not the cheapest the hotel. But I saw a broken headboard and torn towels. Yeaaah, it was superior :\ The bed was big but the blanket wasn't, so after...

Staying in Tverskaya

Neighborhood Profile
Tverskaya can’t be discovered with just a first glance, the neighborhood is shaped around a long street populated with well-known shops and brands. But it’s more than shopping that makes this place interesting. Take a few steps into the streets running parallel to the main artery to discover the charm just behind the mighty Stalinist style architecture. Comfy European pedestrian streets Bolshaya Dmitrovka or Stoleshnikov lane are a great place to start. Locals can be found here working, eating, shopping, resting and going to the Bolshoi Theatre in the evening.
