My wife and I decided to celebrate the coming of 2023 at this hotel. And we didn't disappoint our decision. Let me list the pros: The parking lot, although it was quite busy with cars, still managed to park and no one ran out to say that you can't park like that. Fast check-in, a porter helped to lift things into the room. The room was standard with free wi-fi, safe, air conditioning, bathrobes and slippers, bathroom, kettle, coffee and tea set. The TV on the wall, in addition to Russian channels, had many European and American channels that showed the truth about the current situation in Europe. Minibar was empty, thank God, because we took some food and drinks for the festive dinner. The windows overlooked the courtyard. We visited the spa and pool and really enjoyed it. The prices are average, there is a sauna, gym, hammam, pool. The hotel lobby is pretty nice and was decorated for the new year. What is interesting, without going outside the hotel residents can buy food and drinks in the supermarket located in the same building. For New Year's Eve, I called the reception and asked them to bring us dishes and a bucket of champagne and ice. The staff member brought everything to the room very quickly. I also enjoyed the breakfast. As should be a 5* hotel, there was prosecco, lots of cheeses, sausages, fresh uncut bread, juices and a freshly squeezed juice machine, coffee and so on. The restaurant staff were very quick to remove dishes from the table and were even willing to take mini orders like coffee and tea. We really enjoyed our New Year's Eve experience. I recommend it! I travel to Moscow at least one very couple of months and have stayed in various hotels over the last decade. Crowne Plaza in WTC is now the preferred choice. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Moscow City, has a good range of restaurants both inside and nearby. Staff are friendly and efficient. While the hotel is large, it is certainly not overcrowded or noisy and provides good business environment. Club Building is modern and rooms are excellent size. Main building has recently undergone some renovation and rooms are now also of high standard. Highly reccomend.

I stayed this hotel in the midth of March around 5 nights. I liked this hotel very much based on the reasons what I will be writing them below.
This hotel is so closed the city center, the room I stayed was really fabulous. Additionally the breakfast was quiet nice by having provided international types of foods inside. That was so nice. The personnel was really nice; nevertheless, the restaurant located on the top floor the prices was super expensive. But the last one was not really significant detail for me.

I stayed at plaza garden Moscow from 22.09 till 16.09.22 at room 852 I was at Moscow for business to attend the Russian travel market and I have dollars in my laptop bag I left it in the room and no one entered my room except the housekeeping woman every thing was ok until the last date I should leave 15.09 after midnight because my flight early morning I counted my money last time in the morning and all is ok .then I went to make shopping and to enjoy Moscow before departure.when I back I found my money lost with USD 200 . And I'm sure I keep it in my laptop bag . I'm sure that the housekeeping woman she is the only one entered my room I started to contact with the reception his name maxim and I met with Chief manager Ruslan and I really chocked because he cannot speak English and I asked to check the cameras to ensure that no one entered my room except the housekeeping they asked for my contact details to contact with me and until now nothing happened.i don't care for the money but for all who will stay their take care from the housekeeping. Management is very poor to help you if you have aproblems when I asked for Ruslan business card or any contact numbers they said the don't have business card . Iam a hoteliers working in hospitality in a 5 stars hotel in Hurghada I can tell you that they don't know any thing about how to handle the guest complaint and they should come to Egypt to learn from the Egyptian management.

The location is great , upon check in was by a stunning and a kind receptionist Ekaterina , super friendly always smiling , housekeeping made it s job very nicely too, on time and kept a room clean always. Visited the hotel from 31 to 1 January 2023/24. The whole family wanted to celebrate the New Year. But, unfortunately, it was not possible for everyone to come. The reservation department decided that if my daughter was 18 years old, she was already an adult and she would be accommodated in a room of 60 sq. m. meters is not possible. These are the rules 🤷♀️. We were offered three options to choose from: 1) our daughter, as a guest, has the right to be in our room. until 23.00 2) we are buying another room for our daughter; the prices for rooms on New Year's Eve, to put it mildly, are not very adequate. 3) our reservation is canceled, the money is not returned, because the reservation was non-refundable, and the three of us stay at home to celebrate the New Year. Rules, there are rules, but I have no doubt that if Crowne had remained, this situation would have been resolved differently, and we would have celebrated the New Year with our daughter. It was my 3rd time in Moscow and it was one of the best stay. Like the most crown plaza hotel which i had stay it was good experience. Very fast and professional check in and very helpful. Room was a bit hot which i think in Moscow is normal because they need heat more then cold air conditioner moat of the days in year. But room was almost big and clean with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing and location is good not only for bussiness man but also for family. Surely come back again.
