This is one of the most beautiful stay I had in a long time with my family, being our first ever visit to Moscow, made us bit weary, but to our surprise, this is really the place to stay in Moscow, close to the shopping district, close to the Red Square, oozing with arts, having the most respected staff from the ladies in the reception area to the bell captain, very serene, quite and very charming, Breakfast is a delight never matched anywhere else in my career, Hyatt, Ararat Park Hyatt is your crown jewel, thank you so much.
We had a wonderful experience staying at the Ararat Park Hyatt, The service is outstanding! 5 stars! from the moment you walk in you feel special! Decoration is so elegant and the hotel is always very clean. Breakfast was delicious with various choices and the elegant touch of Champagne. Thank you Alena our server at Breakfast for the great service! We were also very happy with all the help and recommendations of the concierge Pável and Dimitri. Thank you for all your help! and thank you to Oxana that made our stay even better! The location is perfect close to the main streets only a 10 min walk to Red Square! We’ll be back for sure!!!
This hotel has all the benefits that you would expect from Hyatt - great service, attentive staff with a good level of spoken English. The food was good quality and the bar on floor 10 is a great place to unwind
Fantastic hotel Very good general manager and all the team of reservation department. the breakfast is ready fantastic , swimming pool is very nice. Restaurant on the first floor is very authentic and very high-level
I stayed for two nights on my way to St Petersburg. Booked standard room for points as a Guest of Honor of my husband who is a Globalist with Hyatt. Was upgraded to a King Bed Deluxe on the arrival. And had a breakfast included due a GoH stay. Both were nice, as the hotels in Moscow are particularly pricey. The room was great. Very spacious, very clean, with huge nice bathroom. Had room service dinner on the first night, as arrived to the hotel kind of late, and was tired. The food was great and was very nicely presented. The breakfasts in the restaurant downstairs were great too: nice variety with some Armenian flavor (at least I think so :))) The service was great at the breakfast too. I arranged transportation through the hotel to take Sapsan train on the departure. It was pricey as you would expect. But I wanted sure thing, as taxis in Moscow can be hit or miss. And I got a great experience with very nice, courteous and professional driver in a Mercedes car. Overall, great experience. Definitely would be our go to hotel next time in Moscow.…
Excellent hotel, location and stuff. The facilities at the hotel are perfect such as the gym , spa and so. Thanks for Mr. Mattheos Georgiou Hotel General Manager for marking out stay perfect and for sure it will be my choice whenever I visit Moscow.
Now this stay was simply exceptional. Fantastic service right from the start. I forgot my razor, called downstairs and 5 mins later I had a razor and shaving foam. Superb bar, the rooms are amazing and the location is superb. I’m a Marriott high tier member but Hyatt has my business from now on in Moscow.
We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect right across from TSUM high end shopping mall. Also a 10 minute walk to the Red Square. The indoor gym and pool are excellent. The hotel interiors are very low key but the staff is excellent. The concierge team connected with us on whatsapp and made all our reservations through whatsapp it was convenient and so relaxing. The restaurant suggestions by them were excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The salads, dressings, the salmon, eggs to order - you name it and they had it. It was a wonderful stay and when in Moscow again will definitely be back at the Park Hyatt.
We have stayed at the Ararat Park Hyatt with my family between 13-24 Oct 2021, this was our visit to Moscow, a young lady at the Reception made our stay so wonderful catering for every need we had, this exceptional gem called Ekatrina, the hotel was perfectly located, the weather was beautiful, the hotel staff were of a high standard, something that is rarely seen especially during the Pandemic, and I wanted to bring to the attention of any visitors selecting the Ararat Park Hyatt. Restaurant at the 2nd floor serve breakfast daily, a feast on its own, managed by a gentleman called Ahmed, helped by dedicated team, whom they will spare nothing to make you enjoy your meals. Every single department in this hotel deserves respect and should be commended on their dedication. I was really sad to leave Moscow, but will be back very soon. …
Ararat Park Hyatt continues to shine brightly in Moscow. It just celebrated its 19th anniversary, yet it still feels brand new. The service is superlative, to say the least - highly personal, and very effective and the whole client-facing staff operates like a well-oiled machine. The food is of the highest quality too - in all three of the restaurants plus outstanding room service too. The ground floor lacks a little atmosphere - there is currently no cool cafe or bar there to hang around in or to meet friends (although the 10th floor is great for exactly that), but this is partly compensated for by the very high quality service levels at every touch point. Following Covid, the hotel appears to have carefully reviewed all its operations and has implemented a wide range of changes - big and small - to improve guest comfort and safety, yet without at all spoiling the extraordinarily good guest experience I have always loved here. Overall, it continues to be an absolute treat to stay at this wonderful Moscow hotel. …
