We spent five nights in Gamma Hotel and it was full of group tours. The car park is full of buses. The lobby was packed day and night. The tour leader would do all the checking in.
In contrast we were a group of four friends with some school learned Russian language. We found the reception staff and others to be brusque and off hand. They were not interested in being helpful. They had trouble finding our booking.
The rooms were fine but too hot and it was not possible to turn down the heat.
Drinking water is dispensed from large coolers on each floor.
You need your room key to enter the lift area and to enter your floor.
Breakfast in the huge packed dining area had a great range of food on offer but there were bottlenecks of people trying to get food.
There are many cafes within Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta but some were very slow to serve and usually warned us.
Souvenirs are priced competitively.
The lady in left luggage is very nice.
It's about a five minute walk to Partizanskaya metro station.

A great stay. Hotel is huge with comfortable rooms and a comfy bed. Across the road is the markets and also a wide range of restaurants nearby to grab a bite to eat. Multiple train stations are a short walk away and a supermarket nearby is very handy. Can highly recommend!

This is not 4 stars at all. Old stuff in everything. Despite the business premium room category, the bathroom here can barely accommodate even a miniature person with its unusually small size. The sink was clogged upon arrival; we had to wash ourselves in such conditions. The beds are also small. There was a problem with the Internet, it didn’t really work. We were looking for a DO NOT DISTURB sign to hang on the door, but we couldn’t find it anywhere. Twice they asked the employees on the floor to bring it and ignored it.
One day we had breakfast at the hotel, but it was not worth the money. The girl with the scrambled eggs didn’t put them on my plate, but threw them upside down. It was unappetizing to even eat (I attach a photo). The restaurant where breakfast is held looks like a cafeteria. During a short trip, we decided to stay at this hotel because of its location in the east of Moscow. When we arrived at the hotel, in the parking lot they asked us to pay a rather small amount for the entire stay. After that, at the reception I was surprised by the unusually large queue for night time. We rested at the end of August in Delta in a Business class premium room. Having read the reviews on this site, I was very afraid that the room would be something different and my expectations would not be met. But as it turned out, everything was in vain. First, we were greeted by a pleasant security guard who calculated the cost of parking and wished us a good day. Second - the reception, yes, registration takes time, but we arrived at 15:00, there were already a lot of people, in the following days, when we went for a walk around 11, the reception was empty.
