Elegant, cozy, and top class. The engineering of the building is quite captivating. Classic yet modern. Life piano is something else, and there is a small model showing the city of Moscow with a voice narration of many languages. Excellent experience indeed.

Great support from the staff to make a visit perfect Room is strange from design point of view and ergonomics. I think it was strange to have a single blanket on a double bed. Breakfast is great with very kind and supportive staff. Great variety of food.

Moderate price, interiors like in palace, great view from the top viewpoint, various restaurants and luxury boutiques inside, lots of places to take photos. Room temperature control can be improved. One of the best hotels in Moscow to take for an adequate price.

Mannerless and arrogant staff. Complete inefficiency from reservations to check out. Don't book from the Radisson World site, the duty manager penalized us for it. Never again at the property full of unwanted staff...

where you can say i stay in a luxury Hotel in Moscow , hotel is totally amazing , each detail start from the Doorman outside passing by Reception , then go to your luxury room with over view to the river ; Breakfast are really delcuise and have alot of verities ; and they have huge spa and swimming pool for relaxing after busy day

Very good hotel to stay in, just make sure you make early bookings as they are generally fully booked even in these covid times. The location to all the sites and business center is ideal. Its not far from the Metro as well.

We travel a lot to Moscow and we was staying at the Radisson Collection , hoping will be a gem of the collection but honestly we was feeling like Just a Radisson blue simple hotel with expensive but "cheese " furniture with not taste a all ,,first impression its the security guards are so unfriendly and you feel you going in to a jail and your are observe all the time ,,, the reception well nothing special also not smiles or friendly welcome ,,,,, at the lobby the service very poor we wait a lot for a our food and the quality was not a 5 star hotel at all , the funny part of the lobby it between so much luxury and "glamour you have a stand to sale bread like in a cheap airport stand ,, the rooms are ok very clean ,but the decor its outdate and to small ,our key was not work plenty times ,,, we enjoy the Mercedes Bar good service and quality but sometimes you feel not confortable with so many ladies "hunting" men for money I guess something common in some places in Moscow , but I not expect this in a hotel 5 star .Over all you can see its not a good Management ,because the staff its not welcome , not friendly , no speak English , the breakfast its ok nothing special ,,, but again no English speaking staff the chef and waiters not friendly and difficult to make you understand for the lack of English…

It is one of the symbols of Stalin`s era. And now, after the renovation, historical heritage of hotel «Ukraine» combines with modern comfort and luxury of Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow. All the facades of the building were restored: full refurbishment, modernization of engineering systems, implementation of advanced technologies and the following detailed renovation of inimitable historical interiors. The furniture and accessories for the Hotel will be represented by the best companies of Europe and the United States:The Baker Furniture, Provasi, Florence Art, Citterio, brands famous for the high quality furniture made of precious wood. We regret to learn that you were not fully satisfied with service and food in Veranda restaurant and Lobby Bar. Let us kindly mention, that we have 19 restaurants for any choice in a hotel zone. Also we are more than happy to offer you our team professional concierge team, who can immediately advise and reserve for you the best restaurant in Moscow. I was twice at the Radisson Blu, in August 2020 as well as in May 2021. Unfortunately, I only got around to writing a review now. I can honestly only say the best. But apart from the fact that the rooms were very comfy and clean, there was an awesome gym and excellent restaurants in the building (I loved Black Thai in particular), I would like to emphasize the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! As we all know, they are the face of a hotel, and they were simply amazing. I could tell many things about them, but let me just tell that you that I tried to book tickets for a concert in a quite famous Moscow night club. It simply didn't work on the Internet (for no obvious reasons). Thus, I asked the concierge (whose name, unfortunately, I forgot) and he not just organized the tickets but actually managed to get us a table there (moreover, the best table!) for the same prize! The amount of problems that I faced in the first hour makes me want to finish my first and cancel the rest First They say they have free parking which is not true you can't find free parking because the places for parking are very few and the parking staff are just outrageous they told me park in an underground parking which was in front of the main internce of the hotel and that became a paid parking 2- I have a mini fridge in the room but i can't use until I pay for the mine bar which I told them I don't want it I just want to put my water and drinks in the fridge 3- I have a balcony that is closed and I'm not allowed to open
