We stayed at the hotel after a wonderful river cruise. The hotel is located in a great area for tourists and close to major sites including the Bolshoi ballet theatre. The rooms a spacious and well appointed. The fitness center is large and open 24 hours a day. We chose the hotel in part because of the Executive Lounge and...

Mariott, fantastic as always. If I remember correctly it was Room 441. Room & Staff Spacious, clean, has all facilities. An unfortunate incident when mirror in the toilet fell off (it was loose), but they dealt with it really quickly with a replacement. Every morning's springclean staff must be super attentive - my room is always in crazy mess but...

This is a great location if you like to stroll around pedestrian-only streets. It is an extra 10 minutes walking from Red Square compared to the Four Seasons, but that means it is also an extra 10 minutes away from the monster tour groups. Service is friendly and efficient. The concierge recommended a visit to Bunker 42, an underground Cold...

Close to Red Square and many shops and restaurants, this hotel is a good place to stay when visiting Moscow. I found the service from all staff members to be excellent and friendly. The Executive Lounge on 5th floor is ok, but certain beverages are extra. I didn't think it was worth the extra money. I stayed in a junior...

Very centrally located, near Red Square etc. I was impressed with the service too. I had some problems with my luggage and the Concierge made loads of phone calls trying to track it down and get it delivered, I really appreciated it. They also had printed English instructions on how to get to various landmarks, which I found very useful....

It is my 4th time to this hotel so unlike my previous reviews about it I'll make this one short and straight to the point. Perfect location, great service by all staff and cozy rooms, a bit expensive but worth the money considering the advantages. High floor in the middle is the perfect choice for a quiet room. Great free...

This hotel is in the perfect spot for visiting all the attraction in Moscow! The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Across the street is UVM (heading toward the Bolshoi) and they have an excellent market in the basement for lunch. You can go down there and get a take away...

Located in the centre of Moscow, in Petrovka Boulevard and not far from Bolshoi. I stay here frequently every time i am in Moscow; chic, cosmopolitan, touristic, elegant, so many restaurants, bars and many many things to do.

Staying in Tverskaya

Neighborhood Profile
Tverskaya
Tverskaya can’t be discovered with just a first glance, the neighborhood is shaped around a long street populated with well-known shops and brands. But it’s more than shopping that makes this place interesting. Take a few steps into the streets running parallel to the main artery to discover the charm just behind the mighty Stalinist style architecture. Comfy European pedestrian streets Bolshaya Dmitrovka or Stoleshnikov lane are a great place to start. Locals can be found here working, eating, shopping, resting and going to the Bolshoi Theatre in the evening.
