The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Red Square and 5 minutes to the Bolshoi and metro. Lots of cafes in the surrounding street. The room was adequate but even on the third floor the noise of rubbish collection vehicles at night woke me. There is no lift in the building. Our package included breakfast in the next door...

This hotel couldn't be better located. Is in the heart of Moscow, close to the Bolshoi Theater, Red Square, GUM department store. It's street is full with nice restaurants and cafes, including a Starbucks. The staff could speak English and were very helpful. My room was good and clean. I recommend to anyone going to Moscow.

This hotel was perfect for our short tourist trip to Moscow. The location was on the doorstep of a pedestrian street full of fabulous restaurants and cafe's, a short walk to the metro and Red Square. The room was very quiet at night and it was clean and spacious, with a coffee machine. The staff were helpful with our questions...

A tired hotel, but clean and reasonably appointed. It is in a great location among restaurants & cafes. Service is Ok, with adequate English capability by their front staff. Wifi was intermittent, but ok.

As many reviews mention the hotel is on a central pedestrian street. It does not have a large sign but it's not hard to find if one reads the many helpful reviews on this site. To reiterate, if one walks from Tverskaia then it's about 100m on the right hand side. The good: - Very centrally located. <10 min walking...

I had stayed in this property during my second home coming to Moscow city in April - May 2016. I got the reference through a friend who had stayed there earlier. Let me tell you what I was told by my friend who also liked the place - 1) The place is not flashy in style like a star rated...

Kamergerskiy is a great little hotel. As the other reviewers have pointed out, the location could not have been better. I'm no frills, so not having breakfast is not a big deal. Besides, Starbucks is only a few doors away. The hotel staff was great and very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport. The hotel was clean...

Staying in Tverskaya

Neighborhood Profile
Tverskaya
Tverskaya can’t be discovered with just a first glance, the neighborhood is shaped around a long street populated with well-known shops and brands. But it’s more than shopping that makes this place interesting. Take a few steps into the streets running parallel to the main artery to discover the charm just behind the mighty Stalinist style architecture. Comfy European pedestrian streets Bolshaya Dmitrovka or Stoleshnikov lane are a great place to start. Locals can be found here working, eating, shopping, resting and going to the Bolshoi Theatre in the evening.
