Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The hotel stands out in Moscow after the departure of many well-known chains and Brands. Oasis in Msk. Today it can compete only with Four Seasons. The staff is not bad, there are of course a couple of personalities not very hospitable, but they have always been. So in general, the settlement went as usual. The reception did not notice that the guest's birthday and that the regular guests of the hotel. Butler didn’t see us to the room, but we didn’t ask 🫢 The room is clean, spacious with a good view of Moscow City, or a panoramic view towards the Kremlin. Cosmetics in Elemis rooms in Suites and above BVLGARI. Comfortable bed and linens, sleep well. Didn't find floor heating in bathroom and WC. Nice toilet from Japan TOTO. Noise isolation in some rooms is not very good, if the neighbors are noisy, you can hear the neighbors. It is better to change the water in the rooms to Royal with the Lotte Logo, like in the SPA. In general, the staff tries to solve all your questions. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice, but I would recommend adding a couple of dishes from the menu, not everyone likes the buffet. The buffet is really good. There is a children's room, but the Animator is a boring girl. The spa is good at the level of the best hotels. One minus is not possible with children, it's very sad, because kids sometimes behave better than some adults. The Spa complex is constantly monitored, towels are cleaned, the floor is wiped, in general they try as best they can, water is always available. Good quality fitness room. Restaurants at the hotel OVO and MeGumi are good, you can drink tea and coffee in the Lobby Bar. There are Club rooms with access to the Lounge. Room service is ok. Underground parking. Security is very attentive. Overall 5* Koreans Well done. Thanks for the hospitality.

I've spent around 40 nights in total at the Lotte and I have no hesitation in recommending it highly. The public areas, suites, service, staff (all the staff) were always of the highest standard. I honestly can't fault it. Keep up the good work!

I have stayed with my husband at Lotte Hotel in Moscow. Everything was pleasant, especially nice room service, breakfast was very tasty and full of choice with nice coffee served. What is more, I was really surprised with your great information operators job. The girl named Elisabeth has put on many efforts to find my electronic device which was left in the room. I didnt expect to see such a high quality service. Many thanks to Elisabeth and all of the hotel staff! Concierge has also helped us to find the restaurant neraby with finest cousine.

Another great stay at Lotte Moscow! Everything from cleanliness, service, greetings, restaurants, spa is perfect!
Maybe just a small negativity; beds are too soft (orthopedic mattress would be wonderful) and a Concierge Anton who lacks smile on his face in comparison to each and every personnel in Lotte.
Another comment for the people complaining on the prices, if you are not prepared to pay for the provided service, do not even come close .... as everything in this hotel is a proper quality and you have to be prepared to spend a lot!

Incredible hoel beginning from reservation to check out. There was no slightest issue throughout the whole process. Facilities including gym, spa, and lounge are amazing. The room are super clean and well maintained. The toilets have all possible features how to clean up) There is a room service twice a day. Native Bali girls doing very good massage. Incredible buffet breakfast with unlimited prosecco.

I was have been to Russia many times throughout my modelling career and my love of ballet, art, culture, traditions and faith among other things. I always had pleasant people and met people in positions I’d never thought I’d meet. Who were so kind. Very safe. Very kind. I actually had 1 female officer and 1 male officer on my 3rd night actually follow me to keep me protected in areas I’d wanted to visit. Highly recommend the hotel as well. It’s such a beautiful country. People have goggles on eyes for seeing bad in Russia and #Russia is AMAZING! And, the men are gentlemen and good looking. If you have class and culture and enjoy arts and seeing a lot of beautiful stunning churches and museums among other things (ski hill) you’ll LOVE ❤️ - Be back in July

Lotte hotel was great! the service was very attentive at all times. the hotel is beautiful with elegant decoration. the breakfast is delicious and the spa is 5 stars! it was so relaxing enjoying the sauna and the pool almost daily and thank you to the amazing service of the girls at the entrance of the spa, they were always so helpful and welcoming!

Well located to the metro, this hotel is a little out of the main attractions which are just a stop or two on the metro which is very easy to use. Close to Arbat St which is fantastic. Staff are brilliant across the board and rooms are luxurious. Breakfast at the hotel is really a must do.

I am glad and happy that stayed in this hotel during my visit to Moscow. This is the best hotel I have visited and stayed in. The manager Dimitry told me on the day I have arrived that he was sure I will be then extending my stay : as a joke; but he was completely right. Victoria and Ekaterina the best Butlers, the waiters in the lobby bar were top, the beautiful ladies in the spa are very friendly. I have a new barber now, she is Manara, very professional. The best waitress and funniest I my view is Daria also from the lobby bar. The breakfast is something you need to try. Thank you all.

The food is amazing, especially lunch and dinner, and the rooms are really comfy. Enjoyed it greatly, so did our business partners. We also organised a fair here, and the staff was really professional and welcoming. Any issue that might have occurred was handled fast and to our liking.
