Hi all. The whole family rested in this hotel for 3 days. I really liked the hotel and made a very pleasant impression. Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, it has its own charm. There is a wonderful beautiful restaurant with excellent breakfasts, the choice is very good! There is an excellent lobby bar with reasonable prices. It is very pleasant to sit in the lobby in the evening with a glass of wine.
The rooms are clean, everything is there, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes and much more, so if you go, you don’t have to worry about anything. The hotel has its own spa, but it is not particularly fancy, but still, there is a sauna, hammam, aroma sauna, and there is also a small swimming pool. There are programs for massages and spa treatments, but we didn’t use them) The cleaning was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, a luxurious mattress, we slept great. I would also like to note the work of the reception, everything is clear, if you have any questions they will always help) You can walk from the hotel to the center, we enjoyed walking around Moscow at night) In the evening we went to the Georgian Holidays restaurant, which just happened to be on our way, a restaurant with a beautiful view , excellent cuisine and reasonable prices) and on weekends, as it turns out, there is live music there, so we also recommend it if you’re nearby)
Further, there are 2 metro stations next to the hotel, so it is very easy to get to various attractions.
In short, Moscow is beautiful, the hotel is excellent, the holiday was a success))))

This was our first time in this hotel. I really liked it, everything was perfectly clean, everything was beautiful, neat, a decent breakfast, delicious desserts. We spent a romantic weekend from December 2 to 3 on a special offer. Quick check-in, nice room. Wonderful staff, very polite. The location is great. The hotel has a SPA.

This was our first time in this hotel. I really liked it, everything was perfectly clean, everything was beautiful, tidy, decent breakfast, delicious desserts. Unfortunately, we didn’t go to the spa; we didn’t have time. The location is great. I want to go back. On March 8, the girls were given sweet souvenirs, very nice)

smoky
rooms, stink and dust from the carpet. I lived in room 409. It stinks all over, ventilation doesn’t help. The curtains have not been washed since the founding of this hotel, they are scary to touch.
The bathroom also gives me a disgusting impression. Very old plumbing, a curtain in the bathroom that wants to “hug” you.
The robes stink of tar.
Breakfast is poor to say the least.
On the first night of our stay, at 1 am we were woken up by a call from the reception:
- Oh, isn’t it the water in your bathroom that isn’t running out?
- No, not with me.
- Ahh, definitely not yours? OK then.
Great 👌🏻
There are also advantages:
The staff is friendly
Mosquito net on windows
Welcome drink upon check-in
Comfortable low pillows
The location is good

The hotel is nice, as many reviewers has stated.
I stayed at the hotel, and my room was paid for by a Moscow institution.
The hotel requested my credit card for incidentals at check-in, which is standard practice in many countries.
To my surprise, the hotel charged my credit card 24.000 RUB three months later.
I informed the institute who paid for my stay, and sadly they told me of two other cases where the hotel fraudulently had charged visitors.
Enjoy your stay... but make sure to watch your statements.

I wanted to score this hotel 3.5.
Restaurant is often closed for private events so if you want to eat in the hotel your dining experience is limited to the lounge of lobby area which for a hotel with this supposed star rating just isn't right. But the food is good quality and reasonably priced.
Despite previous reviewers saying easy access to the Metro this was not our experience, en contra. However the hotel owned taxi service is very good indeed.
Breakfast staff are diabolical, rude and lazy. My wife had to order her breakfast omelette 3 times before the order eventually arrived. Breakfast buffet is lack lustre and dull.
Spa staff. Don't go there! absolutely awful.
Rooms, okay but maintenance is poor.
Ian, one of the concierge team is the one member of staff who shines. Well done.
Oh and finally, the red wine is served cold. !!!!

A nice hotel, conveniently located (just 20 minutes by taxi to the centre).
Nice room, affordable price. Service - average European 3-star.
Very slow Internet connection but that's probably not the hotel's fault.
Breakfast was cold, but quite delicious.
Moscow is a very dirty city, do not brign any white clothes.

This a perfect hotel for business travellers. Unlike others the price I paid included breakfast, WiFi in the room and lobby, a small but great health centre (sauna, pool etc) and the dreaded local tax. It is just off a main street in a quiet courtyard. There are a number of pubs including a Guinness bar and restaurants on the main street Prospekt Mira and the Metro is less than 10 minutes away. Reception staff were very helpful and he lobby bar is open 24/7 (tip 0.5 l of bottled czech beer is cheaper than 0.5l draught russian beer)

Booked directly with hotel, then coronavirus came along, cancelled within the terms and conditions so nothing owed, received confirmation of cancellation saying nothing owed - and they still took the money out of my account. Beware!

+1
The hotel is well located, between two metro stations (5-10 minutes walk), while in front of the hotel there is a bus stop.
A five-minute walk is the square with a mall, fast food restaurants and a 24/7 market.
Very nicely designed interior that gives a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff fit into such an atmosphere.
The rooms are spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable and big (wife, 9 year old daughter and I slept comfortably on one double bed). Choice of tv channels solid (mostly russian), wifi excellent, heating more than enough.
The spa is the most beautiful gem of this great hotel. The pool is large enough and the herbal sauna is our favorite.
Breakfast is a great, wide selection of delicious food. The only complaint is the small number of places in the restaurant which creates occasional crowds and little waiting time.
A wonderful experience, we can't wait for next November.

Further to my previous reply, the mentioned problem of accommodation seems due to hotel rules. Room that has been registered for single guest can be used to accommodate 2 persons. For the latter case, double guest registration required - Good luck
1. Central Moscow traffic is slow during the daytime, we did not take a taxi. We arrived at Demodedovo airport, and took the airport express train to Paveletsky metro station, we we took the brown line to Prospekt Mira stop and walked a few hundred meters.
2. We did not use a tour program. There is an English speaking concierge at the hotel who could assist with a tour, email the hotel for more information.
3. Contact the hotel concierge, or contract the university language department directly for this information.
4. We did not get a SIM, free wifi is widely available, at the hotel, museums, restaurants.
Yes. Only treats such as massage are upon payment
Yes there are a few restaurants around where you get english picture menus ... there is also a mall nearby with mc donnald’s 😊
