A recently opened new fantastic spot for business meetings, conferences, seminars, you name it. The meeting room was well equipped with a screen, flip chart, a good assortment of stationary, rather good air-conditioning (freezing at times while some male colleagues wearing suites were complaining it was too hot, so do keep the gender summer dress code in mind). With two coffee breaks and one lunch served by the hotel I was never hungry. Bottled water at +30 on display everywhere definitely helped too. The food was absolutely wonderful as well as the service. In fact, I did wonder around looking for some faults which are a human nature and I failed to find even one. From the security at the entrance door, to the catering staff, to every other person on the floor, every single one was polite yet didn't sound insincere. Loved the place! A 10min walk from the metro station Prospekt Mira, right next to a massive stadium which also serves as a famous concert arena, or Tony Robbins worshiping base (Olimpiysky Stadium), a mosque, and a nice neighbourhood with varied architecture, it is a nice place to stay.

I was lucky to get an invitation to the official opening on the evening on 28Mar2019. The theme was Dutch..with bicycles & Tulips. Hip Blu light adorned the exterior of the hotel. The lobby area was converted into a cool bar. After the standard thankyou and welcome opening speeches, the hotel showed how to party Russian style with Dutch flavor. Beautiful staff in black with floral tiaras attended to guests and took them on tours to view the facilities. The open bar had exotic cocktails, House On Fire red wine and Champagne (amongst many others) on free flow. The buffett spread laid out interestingly had a choice of finger food the star being pickled herring and the mains - bbq ribs and steak. The live band came on to entertain in Russian. The dance floor got really busy. There is a cozy wintergarden that provided respite from the noise and bustle to enjoy a moment of quiet conversation with the Dutch GM. Amongst the superlative facilities he was proudest of the 33rd floor executive lounge that gave stunning views of the cold winter night in Moscow. The party continued till midnight when we took our leave with a promise to return as guests. Chic, spanking new hotel in Moscow near the Olympic stadium.

Staying in the room 2107. The hotel is quiet new, nice rooms with the city view, clean, new furniture and bathroom. Very good location, access to the center 10 minutes. Various food places around. Inside, there are restaurant and bar, also a snack bar. ATM machine is on the ground floor of the hotel. Security always available on the ground floor. Very safe place! Staff is polite and helpful! Andrew at the reception has extended his way to make my check-in smooth and pleasant! WiFi is stable with the good signal, free in the room. Gym is open 24/7. Coffee machine is in the room. Complimentary coffee capsules re-fill daily. Safe in the room. Charging outlets available ( in case you don’t have universal adaptor for UK or US socket, there is a USB outlet close to the bedside table). Shower amenities re-filled daily. Complimentary water daily. Cleaning staff is perfect! I have no one bad comment to say about this hotel! Book without thinking.

Beautifully appointed & spacious rooms with equally nice bathrooms. Plenty of little drawers & shelves for storage. Nice breakfast. The location is a little inconvenient since it is a fair distance away from places of interest. However, the concierges were a big let-down. All the information they gave us about getting tickets to the Kremlin Armoury Chamber & the Cathedral Square was completely wrong & misleading! How can the concierges not be conscientious enough & informed enough about 2 of the most popular places of interest for tourists? Even the reply I got from them to my simple query regarding the Metro Station closest to the Kremlin was incorrect!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! HOW CAN THE HOTEL HAVE SUCH INCOMPETENT CONCIERGES?
